Android is pretty big an eco-system and as an OS it has seen tremendous growth. The recent reports clearly show that Android is the one that is growing, thriving and completely dominating. Apple has just filed a second patent infringement complaint against HTC. The first complaint was issued for infringement of 20 patents.. Apple has asked to block the import of “personal electronic devices” manufactured by HTC.

Android 2.3.4 was leaked for the Samsung Galaxy S 2 just yesterday and already the custom ROMs have shown up. This particular ROM is DarkyROM2 with version XXKG1 which is Android 2.3.4. Back in March, Apple officially launched the iPad 2 which is successor to the famous iPad. iPad 2 is an amazing tablet and it’s selling like hot cakes, and fortunately our Varun Krish was lucky to get one (check out the unboxing). iPad 2 is approximately 3 months old and now rumors are on the street that next iPad is coming soon. We recently heard that it will be out in Q4 2011 and it will feature a 5x better display than the current version, and probably it will be Samsung’s AMOLED display. Currently, Apple and Samsung are having some bad days as both recently filed a lawsuit against each other, so let’s see what happens. I have had a Nokia E6 in my hands for a couple of days now, and while that isn’t enough to fully explore every aspect of the phone, it is enough to grasp the essence behind the Nokia E6, to love it for what it is, to forgive it for what it isn’t, and to enjoy one of the last fine moments of Symbian on a mobile device.
