Samsung is finally releasing the successor to the popular 860 EVO SATA SSD with the launch of the 870 EVO SSD. The 870 EVO is the most refined V-NAND TLC flash SSD in the lineup and features the updated Samsung MKX Controller. Samsung has announced their next generation SATA SSD for consumers, called the 870 EVO, which will be replacing the 860 EVO SSDs that was launched over two year ago. The new SSDs have capacities up to 4TB, and they utilize Samsung’s new V-NAND and controller, allowing it to reach speeds of 560 and 530MB/s for reads and writes respectively.

Samsung has finally started rolling out One UI 3.0 Android 11 update for the Galaxy M31 smartphone in India making it the first mid-range phone to get the update after the S series and Note series phones. Now it has started pre-orders for the headset in India for Rs. 15990 across Samsung’s Exclusive Stores and retail stores and on Samsung.com and leading online portals, and it will go on sale from January 29th. Along with the Galaxy S21 series and the Galaxy Buds Pro, Samsung also announced the launch of the Galaxy SmartTag at its Galaxy Unpacked 2021 event. The small device is essentially Bluetooth-enabled location tracker that is battery powered and can be used to track small objects like keyrings, etc., similar to Tile trackers.

Samsung introduced its first 108MP ISOCELL Bright HM1 1/1.33″ sensor last year that is being used in Galaxy S20 Ultra and Note 20 Ultra phones and introduced its 108MP ISOCELL HM2 1/1.52″ 0.7μm sensor which is used in Xiaomi’s Mi 10i smartphone that was launched in India recently. Now it has introduced ISOCELL HM3 1/1.33″ image sensor with 0.8μm and nine-pixel binning offering 12MP output. This is used in the latest Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphone. Samsung has announced Galaxy A32 5G, the company’s latest budget 5G smartphone months after it introduced A42 5G. It packs a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD Infinity-V display, is powered by Dimensity 720 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM. It packs quad rear cameras that include 48 MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera 5MP macro camera, and 2MP depth of field camera for live focus and a 13MP front camera. Update: Samsung has confirmed that it will host Samsung Galaxy Unpacked online event in India at 8PM on January 14, 2021, half an hour before the global event. It also said that those watching the event could be one of the first 21 to win the next Galaxy device. It started pre-reserve option for the S21 series in India a few days back. Since it is hosting an India event, we can expect the price of the phone for the local market to be announced at the event.
