Samsung ships one million 10nm EUV DRAM modules

Samsung, the leader at memory chips has just announced that they shipped one million units of its 10nm-class (D1x) DDR4 DRAM modules that were manufactured using extreme ultraviolet (EUV) technology. It was previously undergoing global customer evaluations and now will be available for use for premium PC, mobile, enterprise server and datacenter applications.

Samsung just announced the Galaxy A31, the company’s latest smartphone in the A series. It has a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display and is powered by an Octa-Core processor, which is said to be MediaTek Helio P65, up to 6GB of RAM, has a 48-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel 123° ultra-wide angle camera, 5-megapixel depth sensor, 5-megapixel macro camera and a 20-megapixel camera on the front. Samsung Galaxy A71 5G with FHD+ AMOLED display, Exynos 980, 8GB RAM, 4500mAh battery gets certified

Samsung’s upcoming 5G smartphone with model number SM-A7160 has been certified by TENAA in China after the Galaxy A71 4G phone (SM-A715F) that was introduced back in December and it was also launched in India last month. This should be the Galaxy A71. The spec sheet doesn’t reveal the screen size or image, but it should come with a Full HD+ Super AMOLED display, similar to most of the mid-range Samsung phones. It is rumored to be the first Samsung phone to be powered by its own Exynos 980 8nm SoC with support for built-in 5G, compared to Snapdragon 730 in the 4G version. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip: A better second attempt

Samsung has taken yet another attempt at the concept of a foldable device, but this time with a bit of different approach. With the Galaxy Fold that was released last year, Samsung’s ideology was based around the idea of having a tablet sized device in your hand that can later be folded to make it pocket friendly. However, the Galaxy Z Flip is designed to the opposite; a small sized device for the pocket that can opened up to reveal a (somewhat)  regular sized phone. Samsung has learned a lot since the disastrous Galaxy Fold launch and has made a number of changes with this device to improve its durability. We had the device for a few days and here are our first impressions (Not a review) on it.

Samsung 150MP Nonacell sensor said to arrive in Q4 2020 first in Xiaomi smartphone

Samsung is said to be working on a new 150-megapixel sensor for flagship phones, according to new rumor from Korea. The rumor adds that it will be an 1″ sensor that will the same Nonacell technology present in Galaxy S20 Ultra’s ISOCELL Bright HM1 108MP sensor. Nonacell is an enhanced version of Tetracell uses a three-by-three pixel structure. In the HM1, Nonacell merges nine neighboring 0.8μm pixels to mimic a large 2.4μm pixel, more than doubling Tetracell’s light absorption. Samsung PlayGalaxy Link beta released, lets you stream PC games on a Galaxy smartphone [Update: Shuts down on 27th March]
