Motorola Odin with Snapdragon 8150, 5G Moto Mod surfaces

Lenovo-owned Motorola is said to be working on a new smartphone codenamed ‘Odin’ which will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 chipset and 5G Moto Mod support. Moto G7 Plus with 6.4-inch Full HD+ water-drop notch display, dual rear cameras surface in press render

After Moto G7, now Moto G7 Plus has surfaced in press render. This reveals a similar water-drop notch display, but this will come with a slightly larger 6.4-inch screen compared to 6-inch screen. This is said to feature a similar glass back, dual rear cameras, fingerprint sensor embedded with Motorola logo, USB Type-C port, and a bottom-mounted speaker grille. Motorola One Power Android 9.0 Pie update starts rolling out in India, brings Dual VoLTE, improved camera performance

Motorola just announced that it has started rolling out Android 9.0 (Pie) update for the One Power Android One smartphone in India, as it had promised at the launch in September. Moto G7 with 6-inch FHD+ water-drop notch display, Snapdragon 660, dual rear cameras surface in press render, gets certified by the FCC

After live images back in August, and renders  last month, we have the first press render of the Moto G7, the successor of Moto G6. The phone has also been certified by the FCC in U.S. with the model number XT-1965. This confms Snapdragon 660 SoC, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 3000mAh battery and dimensions.

Verizon, Motorola complete 5G data transmission on Moto Z3 with 5G Moto Mod

Verizon in partnership with Motorola, Samsung, and Qualcomm has announced the completion of the world’s first 5G data transmission on a smartphone on a commercial 3GPP 5G New Radio (NR) network. Motorola One Power sold out instantly in first sale, next sale on October 11

Motorola launched  One Power, the company’s first Android One smartphone in India last week priced competitively at Rs. 15,999. The phone went on sale for the first time  exclusively on Flipkart at 12 noon. The company said that the phone went out of stock instantly and also said that it sold around 100 units per second, however it did not share the number of units sold.

Motorla has announced limited-period price cuts for the X4 and E5 Plus smartphones in India for the upcoming festive season. The Moto E5 Plus has received a Rs. 1000 and the Moto X4 3GB and 4GB RAM have received Rs. 2000 price cuts each.

Motorola has launched One Power Android One smartphones in India as it had promised.  It was introduced at the IFA a 6.2-inch 19:9 aspect ratio Full HD+ display with a notch and 81% screen-to-body ratio, has dual rear cameras and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor with a Motorola logo. It runs Android 8.0 (Oreo) and the company has promised Android 9.0 (Pie) update as well as Android Q update for the phone, as well as security updates for three years from the initial global launch date. It also has support for Widevine Level 1 DRM so that you can stream Netflix and Amazon Video in HD resolution.
