Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 rugged smartphone with 5.3-inch display, Exynos 850, Android 11 surfaces

Press image Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, the company’s new rugged smartphone in the XCover series has surfaced, thanks to @evleaks. Based on earlier leaks the phone is said to pack a 5.3-inch HD+ Display, 16MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and a 3000mAh battery. We can expect enhanced touchscreen to work in any condition, including rain or snow, glove mode,  IP68 water and dust resistant body and MIL-STD 810G certification for reliable protection against extreme altitude, humidity, and other severe environmental conditions. Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G Unboxing and First Impressions

This week realme launched the narz 30 Pro 5G smartphone in India along with the narzo 30A. This is the second phone to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC in India, after the company’s own realme X7, however this packs a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD screen with 120Hz refresh instead of an AMOLED screen, but comes with a bigger 5000mAh battery with 30W Dart Charge fast charging. HUAWEI P40 4G with 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display, Kirin 990, 50MP triple rear Leica cameras announced

After almost a year of introducing the P40 series smartphones with 5G support, HUAWEI has silently introduced the P40 4G version with the Kirin 990 4G SoC while retaining other specifications. It has a 6.1-inch FHD+ Flex OLED screen with 3.48mm, 4.47mm and 3mm ultra narrow borders on the top, bottom and sides, respectively, runs Android 10 with EMUI 10.1 on top with HMS, has in-display fingerprint scanner, and a 50MP Ultra Vision Camera , 16MP  ultra-wide camera and 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Vivo S9 with 44MP front camera teased ahead of announcement on March 3

Update: Vivo has posted the image of the S9 that shows triple rear cameras. Next to the flash it says AI camera and 1.79 to 2.4 aperture and OIS. It shows a sleek metal frame, gradient finish in the back in one version and the other version has a blue finish. 108MP camera confirmed for top-end Redmi Note 10 series smartphone ahead of launch on March 4 [Update: Box teaser]

Update: Xiaomi India head and VP Manu Jain today posted the image of the box of the Redmi Note 10 series phone which mentions 108MP camera along with three other cameras. It also shows a punch-hole display and a Rose Gold colour variant, but it is also expected to come in Green colour, based on earlier rumours. Samsung Galaxy A32 with 6.4-inch FHD+ Infinity-U 90Hz AMOLED display, 64MP quad rear cameras, 5000mAh battery announced, coming to India soon

Samsung has silently announced Galaxy A32, the company’s latest mid-range 4G smartphone after it introduced the A32 5G last month. It packs a 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with 90Hz refresh rate, is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM. It runs Android 11 with One UI 3 packs quad rear cameras that include 64MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera 5MP macro camera, and 5MP depth of field camera for live focus and a 20MP front camera. Redmi MAX 86-inch 4K HDR TV with 120Hz MEMC, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos announced

Along with the Redmi K40 series, Xiaomi’s Redmi brand introduced the Redmi MAX 86-inch model that joins the 98-inch version that was introduced last year. It features a 4K panel, DCI-P3 92% Color gamut, 10-bit color, and a delta E ≦2 level color accuracy. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG, comes with HDMI 2.1 port, VRR and ALLM support. The TV also offers 120Hz high refresh rate, MEMC technology for immersive viewing with sports content. RedmiBook Pro 15 with 3.2k 90Hz display and RedmiBook Pro 14 with 2.5k display, 11th Gen Intel Core i5/i7 processor announced

Along with the Redmi K40 series, Xiaomi also introduced new RedmiBook Pro 15 and Pro 14 laptops in China, as it had promised. The RedmiBook Pro 15 has 3.2k screen with support for 90Hz high refresh-rate, 4.3mm narrow frame and 89.1% screen-to-body ratio, and the RedmiBook Pro 14 has 2.5k screen with 4.3mm narrow frame and 88.2% screen-to-body ratio. These are powered by 11th Generation Intel Core i7 and i5 processors. Redmi K40 Pro+ with 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 888, 108MP triple rear cameras, Redmi K40 Pro and Redmi K40 announced

Xiaomi just announced Redmi K40, K40 Pro and K40 Pro+ smartphones in China as it had announced. These pack a 6.67-inch E4 AMOLED screen with MEMC,  120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate, DCI-P3 color gamut, HDR10+, 8,192 levels of dimming and 2.76mm ultra-small punch-hole that houses a 20MP camera. The K40 is powered by Snapdragon 870 SoC and the Pro models are powered by Snapdragon 888 5nm SoC, both supporting up to 12GB of RAM.

OnePlus 9 Lite / 9E could launch as OnePlus 9R alongside OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro in March

A rumour from December last year said that OnePlus 9 Lite will launch in early 2021 along with OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro. A recent rumour said that the phone will be called as OnePlus 9 SE. Now a new guide page for the upcoming OnePlus phones reveal the OnePlus 9R name long with OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro, according to an image posted by @evleaks.
