OnePlus 6T Thunder Purple color variant announced in India, available from November 16

After an online listing, Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy J4 Core (SM-J410F), the company latest Android Oreo (Go edition) smartphone. It has a 6-inch HD+ display, is powered by a quad-core SoC with 1GB of RAM, comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera both with LED flash.

Xiaomi Redmi 6A, Redmi 6 32GB, Mi LED TV 4C Pro 32″, 4A Pro 49″ and 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2i get a price hike in India

After Redmi Note 5 Pro and Mi TV 4 55-inch 4K TV price hike earlier this year, Xiaomi India MD Manu Jain today announced that it will increase the price of Redmi 6, Redmi 6A, 10000mAh Mi Powerbank 2i and Mi TV (32″ Pro & 49″ Pro) from today midnight. Xiaomi blames depreciation of the rupee (by ~15% since the beginning of the year) for the significant increase. The company at the launch of Redmi 6 and 6A smartphones and Mi LED TV 4 Pro series said that it might increase the price of the devices qafter two months.

After Galaxy J2 Core (SM-J260), the company’s first Android Oreo (Go edition) smartphone that was launched back in August, Samsung is gearing to launch the  Galaxy J4 Core soon. This reveals a 6-inch HD+ display, Snapdragon 430 SoC with 1GB of RAM, 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera both with LED flash.

Amazon Audible audio book service launched in India

Amazon has finally launched its Audible service in India. This lets you listen to your favourite books using the Audible app. The company says that it has over 200,000 audiobooks narrated by  performers across several genres. The company says that the service is currently in beta and it is still adding more new and exciting Indian and international audiobooks every day.

Facebook Messenger to get message recall feature

WhatsApp got the message recall feature last year, now the Facebook is gearing up to bring the new feature. In the release rotes of its iOS app version 191.0, the company has mentioned it is planning to introduce color gradients, and a re-skinned interface in the next few weeks.

Xiaomi Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A go on open sale in India

Xiaomi launched the Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A smartphones in India back in September. Now the company has announced that the phones are available via open sale in the country. Even thoug the Redmi 6A 2GB RAM with 32GB storage version is now available for Rs. 6999 from Amazon.in in an open sale. However, the 16GB version will be available on Amazon.in for Rs. 5999 November 14th.

New Nubia Red Magic Gaming phone with up to Snapdragon 845, 10GB RAM, liquid + air cooling open for crowdfunding

As promised, ZTE’s Nubia brand has opend crowdfunding for its upcoming second-generation Red Magic Gaming phone via jd.com in China. This will be powered by Snapdragon 845 with 10GB of RAM, 256GB storage and comes with both liquid cooling and air cooling to reduce the temperature by up to 13.2 degrees and increases the CPU performance by up to 70%.
