At MWC, Samsung officially announced the successor to Samsung Galaxy S which is known as the Samsung Galaxy S II. Back at MWC, HTC officially announced their first ever Android powered tablet which is known as the HTC Flyer. The device isn’t running Honeycomb like recently announced tablets i.e. Motorola XOOM, LG Optimus Pad. But the device offers a completely different experience compared to other tablets available in the market. Thanks to HTC Sense UI for tablet and HTC Scribe feature. At the MWC, HTC announced a number of new Android powered phones and all of them are quite interesting devices. And few days ago, HTC announced their first ever dual-core smartphone known as the HTC Sensation. It looks like HTC is now paying their attention towards WP7 because you people may have seen the first leaked shots of HTC Mazaa, and now another video is leaked on YouTube which is actually a HTC ad. What’s interesting about this ad is that HTC is showing off a new un-announced WP7 phone which features a 16 Megapixel camera with dual LED flash, you can see the image of the phone above. Microsoft announced Windows Phone 7 last year, which is a successor to Windows Mobile 6.5 and if you compare both operating systems, then Windows Phone 7 is completely different and a refreshed version. WP7 is growing slowly and Gartner predicted that it will be the second leading mobile OS by 2015 after Android. Recently we told you that Gartner is predicting that by 2015, Android operating system will be conquering the mobile market and WP7 will be runner-up. Korean Electronics giant Samsung held it’s first Southwest Asia Regional Forum at New Delhi today. The company launched LED TVs , Bluray players, Monitors, Cameras, Home appliances and Mobile Devices too. Since we are most interested in this aspect, let’s take a look at what Sammy showcased today. The Galaxy S2 along with the Galaxy Tab 8.9,10.1 were shown off. Also a bunch of android handsets – Galaxy Fit, Ace, Pop, Pro were on display. The good news is that the Galaxy S2 is coming to India next month for around Rs.35k. The company did not reveal the pricing of the tabs. HTC Sensation was just officially launched by the Taiwanese handset maker in an event in London city.The handset was prematurely outed by Vodafone earlier today. The handset packs a 1.2 GHz dual core CPU and a 8 Megapixel camera and a 4.3 inch display . FoneArena’s Jon Choo is at the event and he found the phone to be really fast. It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
