Microsoft announced Windows Phone 7 last year, which is a successor to Windows Mobile 6.5 and if you compare both operating systems, then Windows Phone 7 is completely different and a refreshed version. WP7 is growing slowly and Gartner predicted that it will be the second leading mobile OS by 2015 after Android. When it was launched, HTC also announced their first ever WP7 devices, and at the moment they are offering a good line up of it. As HTC recently announced HTC Sensation which is an Android powered handset, it looks like HTC is now paying their full attention towards WP7. Recently we told you that Gartner is predicting that by 2015, Android operating system will be conquering the mobile market and WP7 will be runner-up. Now Gartner is back again with another chart in which they are predicting about tablets. Samsung showcases Galaxy Tab 8.9, 10.1 , Galaxy S2 and bunch of Android Handsets at Southwest Asia Regional Forum
Korean Electronics giant Samsung held it’s first Southwest Asia Regional Forum at New Delhi today. The company launched LED TVs , Bluray players, Monitors, Cameras, Home appliances and Mobile Devices too. Since we are most interested in this aspect, let’s take a look at what Sammy showcased today. The Galaxy S2 along with the Galaxy Tab 8.9,10.1 were shown off. Also a bunch of android handsets – Galaxy Fit, Ace, Pop, Pro were on display. The good news is that the Galaxy S2 is coming to India next month for around Rs.35k. The company did not reveal the pricing of the tabs. We also got hold of the spec sheets of the Galaxy S2 , Tab 8.9 and 10.1 which are embedded below.

HTC Sensation with 1.2 GHz Dual Core CPU , 4.3 inch Display is Official
HTC Sensation was just officially launched by the Taiwanese handset maker in an event in London city.The handset was prematurely outed by Vodafone earlier today. The handset packs a 1.2 GHz dual core CPU and a 8 Megapixel camera and a 4.3 inch display . FoneArena’s Jon Choo is at the event and he found the phone to be really fast. It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
