Sony has launched three wireless bluetooth headphones that specializes in a different features. The first Bluetooth headphone from the company is MDR-XB950BT Extra Bass Bluetooth Headset. As the name implies it puts more emphasis on the bass to deliver what Sony says is “a powerful audio experience.”

We’re still waiting for more information regarding this but Reuters reports that Sony has bought out Ericsson’s 50% share in the Sony Ericsson joint venture. Sony Ericsson has recently completed 10 years of the JV and started off making feature phones and the iconic Walkman , Cybershot series of devices.

Back in 2005 , Sony Ericsson launched a line of Walkman branded cellphones. The W550i and W800i were to make up for the shrinking market share of Sony’s Walkman line of music players.
Extremely popular and bundled with great earphones , the Walkman series of phones became well known for their superior audio quality. Following in the footsteps of the Sony Ericsson W8 , the company has just unveiled a new budget Android based Walkman handset. The phone is powered by a 1Ghz processor with a 320MB of RAM. The screen is 3.2″ with the same disappointing HVGA resolution as the W8. The OS running the show here is Gingerbread along with the custom SE UI layer on top.
