Android 2.3.4 leaked for Samsung galaxy S2

It looks like Samsung is on a roll and giving out updates for their devices on a really fast pace. This time it’s an update for the popular Samsung Galaxy S 2 which has been selling like hot cakes, even though it has not been released in the U.S yet. Good news for the SGS2 users, Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread) was leaked for their device bringing the latest gtalk with video calling. Apart from the latest gTalk, the new update will also include better power management which is said to decrease the battery consumption.

The LG Optimus Black which we got our hands on at Mobile World Congress has been available in India for some time now and now we have official confirmation of the launch with LG calling it the World’s Brightest Smartphone. The device is priced at Rs.20990 MRP and is available for around Rs.19990 in the market. The specialty of the Optimus Black is the 4 inch NOVA IPS LCD Display. 3 million units of Samsung Galaxy S2 sold in 55 days

Looks like Samsung’s latest Android flagship – Galaxy S2 has set new sales records for the company as it has managed to sell  3million units globally in just 55 days. Not a bad number at all ! The company claims one S2 was sold every 1.5 seconds.  Although the S2 has been successful , it has  had it’s own share of problems some users have faced issues with the display and camera. We ourselves spotted a display bug in the S2 . some users also report over-heating. But for the most part , S2 users seem a happy lot.
