Google adds HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro back on Android Q Beta site

Last month, Google announced that it has suspended some of its business operations with HUAWEI which includes a ban on using Google Services and Play Store. Subsequently, some HUAWEI smartphones including Mate 20 Pro was removed from Android Q Beta site. But today, Google has reinstated HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro on Android Q Beta site.

ASUS issues official statement after High Court order regarding ‘Zen’ and ‘ZenFone’ trademark issue in India

Earlier this week, Telecare Network filed a complaint at the Delhi High Court against ASUS for infringing on an existing trademark for the word Zen. Following the complaint, today, ASUS issued an official response regarding the recent High Court verdict.

Xiaomi is offering ‘Guaranteed Next-Day delivery’ on Mi online store in over 150 cities in India for Rs. 49

Xiaomi sells its smartphones and other products through popular e-commerce websites like Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm Mall, offline stores, etc and also through its own e-commerce website, Mi.com. Today the company has announced that it starts offering ‘Guaranteed Next-Day delivery’ in over 150 cities in India for Rs. 49.

Netflix is testing Instagram-like ‘Extras’ feed for photos and videos

Video on demand service Netflix introduced new additions like weekly subscription plans, high-quality audio for TV viewers and more. Now, new reports suggest that Netflix has started testing a dedicated ‘Extras’ feed that will aggregate photos, trailers, photos, and alerts for upcoming shows in an Instagram-like fashion.

Redmi Y3 goes on open sale in India

Xiaomi’s Redmi brand launched theRedmi Y3 smartphone in India in April, and the phone went on sale for the first time starting April 30th through Amazon.in, Mi.com and Mi Home stores starting at Rs. 9999. It was sold every Tuesdays after that, now the phone is available through open sale after one month of launch. The Redmi 7 went on open sale last month, and the Redmi Note 7S went on open sale last week.

Google releases Android Q Beta 4 with final APIs, reveals upcoming ‘Screen Attention’ and ‘Face authentication’ features

Google released Android developer preview for Android ‘Q’ back in March, released Beta 2 in April and Android Q beta 3 last month during I/O. Today it has released beta 4 for Pixel devices with final Android Q developer APIs (API level 29), the official API 29 SDK, and updated build tools for Android Studio.

Realme releases kernel source for Realme 3 Pro

Realme has gained popularity since its inception because of VFM offerings in the mid-range smartphone segment. The company launched its latest offering Realme 3 Pro in the country on 22nd April.
