Portronics has introduced Lithius Pro, the company’s latest rechargeable lithium-ion battery series available in AA and AAA variants, after the launch of Lithius last year. The batteries feature a built-in USB Type-C port, allowing charging without external chargers or docks. They can be recharged using any Type-C cable.

These have considerably higher capacities compared to the Lithius models and come in black color instead of white color. Each battery has a smart LED indicator that blinks during charging and turns steady when fully charged.
These feature a leak-proof reinforced shell and multiple protection layers, including short-circuit prevention, over-voltage resistance, surge protection, overheating control, and over-discharge security. The batteries maintain charge during long resting periods, reducing the need for frequent recharging.
