Global pre-orders for Samsung’s latest foldable smartphone lineup—comprising the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold8, and Galaxy Z Flip8—have increased by 30% compared to the previous generation, said Samsung.
Color preferences during global pre-orders showed Graphite as the top selection for both the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold8, while Pink led pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Flip8.
India Pre-Order Performance
In India, pre-orders reached over 271,000 units within 72 hours following the official launch on July 22. In comparison, the previous-generation Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 took 15 days to reach a similar volume in the Indian market.
