AMD and Samsung Electronics have announced a multi-year strategic partnership in ultra low power, high performance mobile graphics IP based on AMD Radeon graphics technologies. As part of the partnership, Samsung will license AMD graphics IP to use it in its future SoCs. The company is currently using ARM’s Mali GPU in its Exynos SoCs, so this could change soon. Infinix has launched Xband 3 (XB03), the company’s latest fitness tracker in India. It has 0.96-inch color screen that displays icons for different functions. Samsung has launched the world’s first QLED 8K TV in India. It has 8K AI Upscaling, Quantum Processor 8K, and Quantum HDR. These come in four sizes — 98-inch (247 cm), 82-inch (207 cm), 75-inch (189 cm) and 65-inch (163 cm) — come with 33 million pixels, four times the resolution of 4K UHD TVs and 16 times that of a Full HD TV.
