Sony Xperia L now available in India for Rs. 18990
Sony Xperia L that went on pre-order in India is now available from online retailer Snapdeal. The Xperia L was announced back in March along with the Xperia SP and packs a 4.3-inch (854 x 480 pixels) Scratch-resistant capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8230 processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It comes with a 8MP rear camera with LED Flash, Exmor RS sensor, 720p HD video recording and a VGA front-facing camera. Lenovo P770 Unboxing
Lenovo released the P770, the company’s latest Android phone with a massive 3500 mAh battery. We brought you hands-on video of the device from the CES 2013 earlier this year. Here we have the device for unboxing. It is has a 4.5-inch IPS screen at a resolution of 960 by 540 pixels at 245 PPI pixel density. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6577 processor and comes with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) on-board with Lenovo’s own UI on top.

Samsung Galaxy Chat Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update now available in India
Samsung has started rolling out the Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) update for the Galaxy Chat (GT-B5330) in India. The Galaxy Chat was announced back in July 2012 running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It was officially launched in India in September 2012. Samsung confirmed Android 4.1 update for range of Galaxy devices last year. Samsung Galaxy S Advance received the Jelly Bean update in India last week. Oppo Find 5 Benchmarks
Note: The scores below are based on pre-release firmware. We will update the scores when the final firmware is out.
Oppo unveiled the Oppo Find 5 (X909), one of the first smartphones with a 1080p display back in December 2012. It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz with Adreno 320 GPU. It runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). We got some hands-on time with the device at the MWC 2013 earlier this year, and brought you the unboxing earlier today. Here we have the benchmarks of the devices. Let’s see how it performs when compared to other quad-core Android smartphones.
Oppo Find 5 Unboxing ( Midnight Black Version )
The Oppo Find 5 was announced back in December 2012 and we did get our sweet short hands-on time with this device with jaw-dropping looks. It is a great looking phone which is solidly built and has powerful internals and an excellent display and priced very reasonably. The package is very well designed and premium and we felt like we were dealing with an expensive piece of jewellery or an high-end electronic device.

Acer Iconia A1 tablet with 7.9-inch IPS display, Android 4.2 goes official
Acer has officially announced the Iconia A1-810 tablet that surfaced last month. It has a 7.9-inch (1024 x 768 pixels) IPS display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a VGA (0.3MP) front-facing camera. It comes in Wi-Fi-only and 3G + WiFi variants. Acer launched the Iconia B1 with a 7-inch display and a dual-core Mediatek processor in India earlier this year, so we can expect this table to launch in India. Gangstar Vegas open-world action game coming soon to Android, iPhone and iPad
Gameloft has released a teaser for their upcoming game Gangstar Vegas. It is an open-world action game, just like the GTA franchise. Rockstar games released the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City game for Android and iOS last year to celebrate the 10th anniversary of game, and the Grand Theft Auto III was released back in 2011. Gameloft released the Iron Man 3 game for Android and iOS recently as a free game, but this is likely to be released as at a premium price just like GTA.

Samsung Galaxy S4 and the HTC One are the latest and hottest Android smartphones. Samsung launched the Galaxy S4 in India last week. Qatar Foundation buys 5% stake in Bharti Airtel for $1.26 billion
Bharti Airtel, India’s largest telecom operator will sell 5 percent stake to Doha-based Qatar Foundation Endowment for $1.26 billion (~Rs. 6,800 crore) by issuing 199,870,006 new shares at a price of Rs. 340 apiece, according to a recent report from Economic Times. Bharti reported its 13th successive drop in quarterly profits yesterday, with a near 50 percent fall in profits compared with a year earlier. This move would ease the debt burden on Airtel. Instagram has updated the Android and iPhone apps to version 3.5 that brings the new Photos of You feature that would let you tag people to your photos. You can view all the photos you have been tagged in the Photos of You section on your profile. Once a person adds you, you’ll receive a notification and the photo will appear in your Photos of You.
