Earlier this week GSMA that conducts Mobile World Congress (MWC) events every year announced that it continues to monitor and assess the potential impact of the Coronavirus and said that there is minimal impact on the event. It confirmed that MWC event will happen in Barcelona from 24 to 27, February 2020 as planned. It also said that it has implemented many measures to help to mitigate the spread of the virus and is continuing to add other actions regularly. Update: November 22, 2019: nubia has started rolling out new Eclipse Black version of the phone in 8GB+128GB version, and the price remains the same. It is not clear when the company is planning to launch the new color version in India.
Update: nubia has now confirmed that the Red Magic 3S will be launched in India on October 17th and will be available on Flipkart. It will come in Mecha Silver and Cyber Shade colors. It has also confirmed that the phone will be priced at Rs. 35,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version. We should know the price of the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage version and the sale date tomorrow.
Update: nubia has started rolling out the phone globally priced at $549 (Rs. 39,125 approx.) / €549 / £499 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version on nubia.com in Twilight Blue and Diamond Black versions. It is available in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan and Macao.
ZTE’s Nubia brand just introduced Nubia Red Magic 3s, the company’s latest gaming smartphone at an event in China, as it had promised. It has the same 6.65-inch FHD+ HDR AMOLED display with 90hz refresh rate, HDR support, but this is powered by Snapdragon 855 Plus with up to 12GB of RAM and features UFS 3.0 storage. It also retains active cooling system that uses liquid cooling technology along with an internal turbo fan with upgraded air inlet, making active cooling more efficient to dramatically improving thermal performance.
Nubia launched the Red Magic 3 gaming smartphone in India a couple of months back. It came with a 90Hz display, Snapdragon 855 SoC, active cooling system and more. Now, Nubia is gearing up to launch the new Red Magic 3S and the company has scheduled an event on September 5th 2019 in China where it will be unveiling the gaming smartphone.
ZTE’s Nubia brand just announced the Nubia Z20, the company’s latest flagship smartphone in China, as it had promised. It has a 6.42-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with minimal bezels and no notch since it doesn’t have a front camera, and a secondary 5.1-inch HD+ AMOLED screen that blends into the glass body. There is DC dimming, and the new AOD 2.0, supports information display with customizable text, graphics, GIF, video and more on both the screens.
Last week ZTE’s nubia brand confirmed that it will introduce its flagship Z20 smartphone in China on August 8th. Today a phone with the model number NX627J has been certified by TENAA in China, which should be Z20. It shows dual displays, similar to the nubia X that was introduced last year, but this will feature a slight larger 6.42-inch FHD+ OLED screen on the front and the 5.1-inch secondary OLED display on the back will have FHD+ resolution, compared to HD+ screen on the nubia X.

The invite doesn’t say anything other than mentioning it as the annual flagship device, and the image shows a camera lens. We don’t know any other details about the successor of last year’sNubia Z18, but the company recently shared couple of samples shot on the Z20.
Nubia which is ZTE’s sub-brand introduced the Nubia X smartphone with a secondary AMOLED screen last year. Almost after 8 months, today, the company announced the 5G variant of the Nubia X called Nubia X 5G with Qualcomm’s X50 modem.
