Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro with 6.3-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 675, 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor gets certified ahead of launch

Xiaomi recently confirmed that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be announced this week in China. Now the smartphone has been certified by TENAA with the model number M1901F7BE. It already confirmed that it will feature Sony IMX586 sensor replacing the Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 sensor on the Redmi Note 7. It also reveals 2GHz Octa-Core SoC that confirms it will be powered by Snapdragon 675, compared to Snapdragon 660 on the Redmi Note 7.

Indian brand CENTRiC has introduced S1 with a 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED notch-less screen with 92% screen-to-body ratio, thanks to pop-up 8-megapixel front camera. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner, is powered by MediaTek Helio P70 12nm SoC with 6GB of RAM, runs Android Pie, has a 16-megapixel rear camera along with a 5-megapixel camera for portrait shots.

nubia Alpha wearable smartphone with flexible OLED display, eSIM, water-resistant body announced

nubia at the IFA 2018 in Berlin teased the nubia-α as the world’s most advanced wearable smartphone with a curved OLED screen. As promised it has introduced the Alpha at the MWC. The company claims that it is the world’s first wearable Smartphone with a flexible, wrap-around display. It has a 4.01-inch flexible OLED display from Visionox, which is up to 230% larger than standard wearable displays.

ZTE Blade V10 with 6.3-inch FHD+ display, 32MP front camera, Android Pie announced

Along with the Axon 10 Pro 5G, ZTE also introduced the Blade V10, sucessor of last year’s Blade V9. It has a 6.3-inch FHD+ 19:9 waterdrop notch display, is powered by a 2.1GHz Octa-Core processor and runs Android 9.0 (Pie). The main highlight of the phone is its 32-megapixel front camera in the notch, as well as 16-megapixel rear camera along with a 5-megapixel secondary camera for portrait shots.

It has a 6.47-inch  Full HD+ AMOLED display with waterdrop notch, has 6GB of RAM, runs Android Pie, features a 48-megapixel rear camera, along with a 20-megapixel  125° ultra-wide-angle lens and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens. FIDO2 certification for Android to make passwords obsolete

FIDO Alliance has announced that Android is now FIDO2 Certified, meaning, any compatible device running Android 7.0+ is now FIDO2 Certified out of the box or after an automated Google Play Services update. This gives users the ability to leverage their device’s built-in fingerprint sensor and/or FIDO security keys for secure passwordless access to websites and native applications that support the FIDO2 protocols.
