As a part of the sale customers can buy an Amazon.in e-Gift Card worth Rs. 1,000 between today, July 16th and 17th July, 2018 that can be used to buy the Vivo NEX smartphone between 19 and 25th July, 2018 to avail additional cashback of Rs. 1,000 in the form of Amazon Pay balance and also extended manufacturer warranty of 6 months over and above the existing 1 year warranty on the NEX. Vivo NEX S with 6.59-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 845, 8GB RAM, in-display fingerprint sensor price surfaces ahead of India launch on July 19

Vivo introduced its NEX series smartphones – NEX S and NEX A in China last month, and the company already sent out invites for the launch of the smartphone in India on July 19th.  Now the price of the NEX S, the top-end version of the smartphone has accidentally been revealed through Amazon Prime Day promo. The image doesn’t reveal the full price, but the source code shows that it will cost that it will start at Rs. 48,990, almost same as the price in China. The smartphone will be available for pre-order exclusively on Amazon India from July 19th reveals the listing.

Vivo Z10 5.99-inch FullView display, 24MP front camera launched in India for Rs. 14990

Vivo has launched Z10, the company’s latest mid-range selfie-focused smartphone in India. This has similar specifications as last year’s V7+, including a 5.99-inch (1440 x 720 pixels) FullView display with 18:9 aspect ratio, narrow bezels and 84.4% screen-to-body ratio, 24-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash, 16-megapixel rear camera with PDAF, LED flash, Octa-Core Snapdragon 450 14nm Mobile Platform, Android 7.1 (Nougat) with FuntouchOS 3.2, dedicated dual nano SIM and microSD card slots and a 3225mAh battery, but this has 32GB internal storage instead of 64GB. Vivo Z1i with 6.26-inch FHD+ 19:9 display, Snapdragon 636, dual rear cameras, Android 8.1 announced

Vivo announced Z1 in China in May, today it has officially introduced the Z1i, a cheaper version of the smartphone in China, after it surfaced last week. It has specifications as the Z1, including a 6.26-inch FHD+ 19:9 2.5D curved glass display with a notch, 90% screen-to-body ratio and narrow bezels, 4GB of RAM, Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Funtouch OS 4.0 on top and features a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a secondary 2-megapixel camera, but this is powered by Snapdragon 636 instead of Snapdragon 660, comes with 128GB of storage and a 16-megapixel front camera. Vivo V9 6GB with 6.3-inch FHD+ 19:9 display, Snapdragon 660, 6GB RAM, dual rear cameras announced

Vivo has introduced V9 6GB, a new version of the V9 smartphone.It has the same 6.3-inch FHD+ 19:9 2.5D curved glass display with a notch, 90% screen-to-body ratio and 1.75mm slim bezels and runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Funtouch OS 4.0, but this is powered by Snapdragon 660 AIE with 6GB of RAM. However the cameras have been downgraded. This packs a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a 2-megapixel secondary camera and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera.

Vivo showcases TOF 3D Sensing Technology for gesture tracking in mixed reality games, 3D modelling and more

Vivo at the MWC Shanghai 2018 showcased its Time of Flight (TOF) 3D Sensing Technology.  This detects the time it takes emitted pulse light to return to the sensor to accurately map objects at up to three meters in front of it. “It enables new opportunities in facial, gesture and motion recognition, 3D photography and AR, expanding the capabilities of the next generation of smart devices,” said Vivo. Vivo Y81 with 6.22-inch 19:9 FullView display, Helio P22 Octa-Core 12nm SoC, Android 8.1 announced

Vivo has announced Y81, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the ‘Y Series’, soon after the Y83, which was launched in India earlier this month. It has similar specifications, including a 6.22-inch HD+ screen with 19:9 aspect ratio, 2.15mm narrow bezels and 88% screen-to-body ratio,  MediaTek’s latest Helio P22 Octa-Core 12nm SoC, 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, portrait mode, but this comes with a 5-megapixel front camera and 3GB of RAM, compared to 8-megapixel camera and 4GB of RAM in the Y83. Vivo NEX S with 6.59-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 845, 8GB RAM, in-display fingerprint sensor and NEX A with Snapdragon 710, 6GB RAM announced

Vivo just introduced its flagship NEX series smartphones as it had promised. The main highlight of the smartphone is its 6.59-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED screen with ultra narrow 1.71 mm bezels on the sides, 2.16mm on the top and an 91.24% screen-to-body ratio. It doesn’t have an earpiece, instead it vibrates the screen using Screen SoundCasting Technology that promise better bass and softer treble. It uses ray data compensation algorithm that hides the light sensor at the bottom of the screen, thanks to an innovative design. The micro-slit infrared sensor is also hidden at the top of the screen. Vivo NEX bezel-less smartphone with in-display fingerprint scanner to be announced on June 12

Vivo introduced APEX as the world’s first bezel-less smartphone with in-display fingerprint scanner and over 90% screen-to-body ratio at the MWC 2018 back in February. Last month the company released an image that said that the phone will be introduced at an event in Shanghai, China on June 12th. Today the company has confirmed that the phone will be called NEX.
