Vivo iQOO has confirmed that it will introduce its flagship iQOO 3 5G smartphone in China on February 25th. The company already posted a teaser image of the image revealing quad rear cameras. The phone will be powered by Snapdragon 865 with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and will be the first phone to come with UFS 3.1 storage. TENAA listing already revealed the specifications of the phone. New Vivo’s iQOO 5G smartphone with model number V1955A has been certified by TENAA, which is rumored to be iQOO 3. This reveals a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, 2.84GHz processor, which should be Snapdragon 865 7nm SoC, up to 12GB RAM, 64MP + 13MP + 13MP + 2MP quad rear cameras and 16MP front camera. These packs a 6.44-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with 2.98mm punch-hole that houses a 32-megapixel camera, is powered by Samsung Exynos 980 with support for liquid cooling, run Android Pie with FuntouchOS 10. The X30 packs a 64MP main camera lens along with 8MP wide-angle lens and a 32MP portrait lens for 50mm equivalent full frame focal length, while the X30 Pro features an additional 13-megapixel periscope lens instead of the portrait lens for 5x loss-less zoom. It has a 6.44-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED 20:9 Full View display with 91.38% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 675 with 8GB of RAM and runs Android Pie with Funtouch OS 9 on top. On the back there is a 48-megapixel primary camera along with an 8-megapixel 120° ultrawide sensor, 2-megapixel camera for portraits and a 2-megapixel for macro. Vivo introduced iQOO Neo with Snapdragon 845 in China in July, later in October it introduced the iQOO Neo Snapdragon 855 Edition, now it has introduced the new iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition with the 855 Plus and up to 12GB RAM. Other specifications are similar including the 6.39-inch FHD+ water drop notch with 90.0% screen-to-body ratio, liquid cooling, Android Pie, 12-megapixel primary rear camera with Sony IMX363 sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel sensor for portrait shots.
