Vivo Z1Pro and Vivo Z1x Android 10 Funtouch OS 10 update begins rolling out in India

Vivo has finally started rolling out Funtouch OS 10, the next major Funtouch update based on Android 10 for its Z1Pro and Z1x smartphones in India. The Z1 Pro was launched in India back in July 2019 and the Z1x was launched in September, both running Android 9.0 (Pie) with Funtouch OS 9. Vivo TWS Neo with Bluetooth 5.2, aptX Adaptive, low-latency gaming announced

At the X50 series launch event vivo also introduced TWS Neo earbuds, a cheaper version of its first True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds that was introduced last year. It has DeepX audio effect for strong bass, clear voice and treble and has Bluetooth 5.2. It has 14.2mm drivers, has support for aptX Adaptive and AAC high-definition audio decoding technology. Vivo X50 Pro+ with 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED 120Hz display, Snapdragon 865G, 50MP quad rear cameras with 60x zoom, X50 and X50 Pro announced

Vivo has officially introduced X50 series smartphones that includes X50, X50 Pro and X50 Pro+. The X50 and X50 Pro have a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with 90Hz refresh rate, 120Hz touch response rate, but only the X50 Pro comes with a 55° curved screen. These are powered by Snapdragon 765G with support for 5G SA/ NSA, while the X50 Pro+ comes with a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED 55° curved screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and are powered by Snapdragon 865 with 5G SA/ NSA support. Both the phones feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 32-megapixel in-screen camera. Vivo Y70s 5G with 6.53-inch FHD+ display, Exynos 880, 48MP triple rear cameras announced

Vivo has announced Y70s, the company’s latest 5G smartphone in China. It has a 6.53-inch FHD+ LCD screen with 90.72% screen-to-body ratio, houses a 16-megapixel camera in the punch-hole and is powered by new Samsung Exynos 880 SoC with built-in SA & NSA dual-mode 5G, adopts 360° antenna design that promises ultra-stable signal. The phone also uses 90mm liquid-cooled heat dissipation heat pipes and multi-layer PGS graphite heat sinks close to 10,000 square millimeters, combined with thermally conductive gel that promises up to 10° C temperature reduction. Vivo X50 series to be announced on June 1; X50 Pro to feature gimbal-like 5-axis OIS

Update – May 22, 2020: Vivo has shared an image of the phone that confirms quad rear cameras for both the X50 and X50 Pro smartphones with a periscope lens in both. However, only the X50 Pro comes with gimbal-like OIS stabilization. It also shows a single punch-hole screen. The company already confirmed that it will be the first phone to feature the latest 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN1.

Vivo just launched its V19 smartphone in India as it had promised. It packs a 6.44-inch FULL HD+ Super AMOLED Ultra-O display that houses a 32MP camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM, Copper Tube Liquid Cooling for heat dissipation and features a glass sandwich design. The phone packs a 48MP main camera along with an 8MP wide-angle cameras, as well as 2MP depth and a 2MP macro sensor.
