Apple said to be working on AR/VR Gaming headset for 2022, AR glasses for 2023

Apple has long been rumoured to be working on AR and VR products. New reports from The Information and Bloomberg suggest that Apple is working on a bunch of products based on an advanced 3D Time of Flight sensor that will first make an appearance in the upcoming iPad and iPhones next year.

Google App Defense Alliance to stop malicious apps before they hit the Play Store

Google has partnered with ESET, Lookout, and Zimperium to create the App Defense Alliance that is aimed at improving the protection for users from bad apps in the market. The partnership will boost the current Play Protect service with the goal of reducing the risk of app-based malware, identifying new threats, and protecting our users.

Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3a series get Astrophotography with Google Camera v7.2 update

Google had confirmed earlier that Pixel 3 series would get Astrophotography, that was announced along with Pixel 4. The update is now coming out for Pixel devices via Google Camera v7.2 through the play store, up from the Google Camera v6.3.

Another final December OTA update for first gen Pixel users confirmed

With the launch of Pixel and Pixel XL in October 2016, Google promised 2 years of Software updates and 3 years of security updates. Google extended that promise by pushing Android 10 to the devices and now, Google has confirmed that they will push one final OTA in December for Pixel First gen.

Get Android 10 on POCO F1 with Pixel Experience

Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO launched the POCO F1 smartphone in India back in August 2018 running MIUI 9.6 Global Stable on top of Android 8.1 (Oreo) and later updated it to Android 9.0 in December 2018. OnePlus has started rolling out OxygenOS 10.0.4 update for the OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro smartphones. The update brings 50GB free storage in gallery for India.
