Back in February we told you that Samsung is aiming to make the Galaxy Tab S2 tablet really thin and that it has set the iPad Air as a benchmark for thickness (or rather lack of it). We just didn’t know how thin it would be and now rumors suggest that the Tab S2 will be just 5.5mm in terms of thickness.
Micromax has launched Canvas Tab P480, the company’s latest tablet with 3G connectivity and voice calling capabilities. It has a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) IPS display and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is upgradable to Android 5.0 (Lollipop) similar to its predecessor, the Canvas Tab P 470, but this is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. Samsung has introduced Galaxy Tab A in Russia, after a month it was leaked. The Galaxy Tab A series comes in 8-inch and 9.7-inch displays with a resolution of 1024×768 pixels. Both these are powered by 1.2GHz quad-core (Snapdragon 410 probably) processors, runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop), come with a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
