Xiaomi Civi smartphone with 6.98mm sleek body, 32MP autofocus front camera to be announced on September 27

Update: Xiaomi has posted images of the smartphone that shows a different design compared to the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G. Xiaomi also confirmed that the phone will be 71.5mm wide so that even people with small hands like women can hold it comfortably. It will by 6.98mm thick and weigh 166 grams, making it thin and light, but this is slightly higher than the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G. Redmi Smart TV 32″ HD and 43″ FHD with Android TV 11, Dolby audio launched in India starting at Rs. 15999

Redmi just launched its new Redmi Smart TV models in India, as it has had announced. The 32″ model has an HD ready screen and the 43″ model has a FHD screen. Both these come with Vivid Picture Engine (VPE), a set of software and hardware tweaks that ensures accurate screen calibration, deeper contrasts and perfect colour reproduction. These are the first Redmi TVs to come with Android TV 11 out of the box, with support for Built-In Chromecast and Play Store. Redmi G (2021) with 16.1-inch 144Hz display, 11th Gen Intel Core i5 / AMD 5000 series processors, up to RTX 3060 GPU announced

Xiaomi’s Redmi brand just introduced its Redmi G Gaming Notebook 2021 edition as a successor to its last year’s model. It features a 16.1-inch Full HD screen with 144Hz refresh rate that can be switched to 72Hz, 11th Gen Intel Core i5 Tiger Lake H45 series or AMD Ryzen 5000 series processor, 16GB of RAM, 512GB SSD. It comes with NVIDIA  RTX 3050 / 3060 GPU options, features Hurricane Cooling 3.0 with dual 12V large fans, five all-copper heat pipes and four air outlet configurations.+ five all-copper heat pipes + four air outlets for
efficient heat dissipation.

Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G with 6.55-inch FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED display, Dolby Vision, Snapdragon 778G launching in India on September 29

Soon after the announcement yesterday, Xiaomi India today announced that the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G, the company’s new mid-range 5G smartphone, will launch in India on September 29th. Xiaomi has strted teasing its 6.81mm ultra-thin and 158g lightweight body. The phone has a 6.55-inch AMOLED Dot Display with 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit TrueColor support and Dolby Vision. Xiaomi has announced Xiaomi Pad 5, the company’s latest tablet for the global market after it was introduced in China last month. It has an 11-inch 2.5K / WQXA LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision and HDR10. It is powered by Snapdragon 860 with 27067² cooling area, comes with quad speakers, has Dolby Atmos and features a 6.85mm sleek body. It has a 6.55-inch AMOLED Dot Display with 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit TrueColor support and Dolby Vision. It is powered by Snapdragon 778G 5G Mobile Platform with up to 8GB of RAM. It runs Android 11 with MIUI 12.5. Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro with 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 1200-Ultra / Snapdragon 888, 5000mAh battery announced

Xiaomi at its global event announced its Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro, the company’s flagship phones in the new Xiaomi 11T series. Both these pack a 6.67’’ FHD+ 120Hz AdaptiveSync AMOLED flat display, TrueColor, and HDR10+, 1000 nits of peak brightness, and up to 480Hz touch sampling rate, and the Pro version also has Dolby Vision and has DisplayMate A+ ratings. These are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The 11T is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200-ultra SoC and the Pro version uses the Snapdragon 888 SoC. These run Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top, and Xiaomi already confirmed 3 Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates for the phones. Xiaomi India today announced that it has opened over 100 Xiaomi retail stores in the country across tier 5 and tier 6 markets. The company said that it now has presence across cities from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, thereby changing the dynamics of retail business in rural markets and bringing in festive cheer for consumers. Redmi 32-inch and 43-inch Smart TVs with Android TV 11 launching in India on September 22

Redmi today confirmed the launch of new Smart TVs that offer All-Round Smart Entertainment on September 22nd. These will come in 32-inch and 43-inch models, but the company has not confirmed if both these will be Full HD TVs. Both Redmi and Xiaomi TVs are available with 32-inch HD screens. These could replace the Mi TV 4A 32″ and 43″ models. Redmi launched the X50, X55 and X65 series 4K TVs in the country back in March. Xiaomi India announces rebrand of ‘Mi’ product series to ‘Xiaomi’

After the global announcement last month, Xiaomi India today  announced that its premium “Mi” series products will now be replaced with the new “Xiaomi” logo. This move is to unify its global brand presence and close the perception gap between the brand. We have already started seeing the Mi logo being replaced in the recently launched Mi TV 5X series,  Running Shoes and more. Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro Review

Redmi launched the Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro, the company’s latest true wireless earbuds, in India last week. It comes after the company launched its entry-level Redmi Earbuds S last year. The Earbuds 3 Pro was launched in China earlier this year as Redmi AirDots 3. The main highlight of the earbuds are the Qualcomm QCC3040 chipset with Bluetooth 5.2 along with aptX Adaptive codec offering low-latency for gaming, Balanced and Armature dual drivers and long battery of up to 30 hours with the case. Redmi phone with 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 870, 50MP rear camera, IP68 ratings, 100W fast charging surfaces

Xiaomi’ Redmi brand launched the K40 series of smartphones earlier this year, and the K40 Gaming Edition was introduced later. This was launched as POCO F3 GT in India. According to reliable leaker Digital Chat Station in China, Redmi is working on a new smartphone with a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate and Snapdragon 870 SoC, same as the K40. Mi TV 5X 43-inch Review

Xiaomi launched the Mi TV 5X series in India last month as the successor to Mi TV 4X series launched in 2019. This year the company has launched 43″, 50″ and 55″ 4K TV models in the country. All these have HDR 10, HDR 10+, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos and also feature a metallic bezel-less finish, making these a major upgrade compared to the Mi TV 4X series.
