Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Update for the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G, and Redmi 9 Prime in India. Redmi 9 Prime’s POCO counterpart POCO M2 is also receiving the same update in India. MIUI 12.5 Enhanced update also brings November 2021 Android security patch to Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G, Redmi 9 Prime, and POCO M2. MIUI 12.5 Enhanced comes with features like Focused Algorithm, Atomized Memory, Liquid Storage, Smart Balance, and also lets users Uninstall most of the system apps.
Along with the Xiaomi 11T series, Xiaomi also introduced the Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE as the successor to last year’s Mi 11 Lite 5G. It has a 6.55-inch AMOLED Dot Display with 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit TrueColor support and Dolby Vision. It is powered by Snapdragon 778G 5G Mobile Platform with up to 8GB of RAM. It runs Android 11 with MIUI 12.5.
