Xiaomi Mi 10 MIUI Software Update Tracker [Update: MIUI 12 Global Stable Pilot Program announced]


Xiaomi launched  Mi 10 in India last month running MIUI 11.0 Global Stable on top of Android 10. With Mi 10, Xiaomi is making a long-due comeback in the flagship segment in India, the last Mi flagship in India, Mi MIX2 was released about 3 years ago.

Mi 10 MIUI Updates so far:

  • [Jul 13, 2020]: Xiaomi has announced MIUI 12 Global Stable Pilot testing program for Mi 10 in India. Users are supposed to install an instant messenger telegram and fill the google form by 9:00 PM, July 16th.
  • [Jul 1, 2020]: Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 11.0.7.0.QJBINXM with June Android security patch. The update brings fix for the issue due to which lock screen items were not displayed properly on the always-on display. lt also fixes lock screen related issues. [Download Link]
  • [Jun 15, 2020]: Android 11 Beta ROM is now available for Mi 10. To install it on your device, you will need a USB Driver, an unlocked bootloader and Mi Flash Tool. [Fastboot Download Link]
  • [Jun 12, 2020]: Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 11.0.5.0.QJBINXM with April Android security patch. The update weighs around 463MB in size and brings NavIC support, Wi-Fi 6 icon when it is connected to the network with that standard. [Download Link]
  • [Jun 11, 2020]: Xiaomi announces Android 11 Beta program for Mi 10 in India.
  • [May 21, 2020]: Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 11.0.4.0.QJBINXM with March Android security patch. The update weighs around 447MB in size and brings optimization for image processing along with fix for the issue that caused overheating [Download Link].

Note that Xiaomi follows staged roll-out, so the updates are randomly pushed to a limited number of users and a broader roll-out usually takes a few days after the company makes sure there are no critical bugs.
