Sony releases Firefox OS experimental ROM for Xperia E
Sony confirmed that they are working on a Firefox OS device earlier this week. Now they have released a experimental ROM for Xperia E that would let developers try it our and get familiarise with the new OS. The Firefox OS is based on the open web standards that offers every feature in the phone developed as an HTML5 application and the user experience are developed by HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Caterpillar (CAT) has announced a new rugged smartphone called the B15 here at MWC 2013 in Barcelona, Spain. The phone is designed and manufactured by bullet under the Caterpillar branding.

EA Mobile has finally released the Real Racing 3, the third game in the Real Racing franchise for Android, iPhone and iPad. This has new cars, new tracks, innovative Time Shifted Multiplayer mode and lots more. It is powered by the new Mint 3 Engine that features persistent car damage, fully functioning rear view mirrors, and dynamic reflections for a super-enhanced racing reality. Google Play Books now available in India
Google has finally brought books to the Google Play Store in India. This would let the users browser, purchase and read from thousands of Indian eBook titles and millions of international eBooks from several categories on the Google Play Store. You can also read the purchased books on Android, iPhone, iPad and on Desktop. These books are competitively priced, and most of the books are priced similar to the Flipkart Flye eBooks and the Amazon Kindle eBooks Store. Sony Xperia Tablet Z Hands On
At its press event in Barcelona, Sony showed off its brand new Android tablet, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z. Equipped with a gorgeous 10.1″ WUXGA display, the tablet also has Sony’s Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 built in.
The screen with a resolution of 1900 x 1200 looks absolutely stunning especially when the Mobile Bravia engine kicks in for photos and videos. Nokia Lumia 520 and 720 price revealed for UK, coming in April
Both the Nokia Lumia 520 and the Lumia 720 are available for pre-order in UK from online retailer Clove. Both these devices were announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona earlier this week. The Lumia 520 has a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) IPS display and the Lumia 720 comes with a 4.3-inch (800 x 480 pixels) ClearBlack LCD display. LG Optimus F7 Hands On
LG showed off its new F7 handset here at the Mobile World Congress. The handset is a part of their upper middle range strategy and has a large 4.7″ 720p display.
The screen is of the IPS variety and offers pretty good viewing angles. We quite liked the feel of the device with runs on Android 4.1.2 though it would benefit from the use of slightly higher end materials. Continue reading “LG Optimus F7 Hands On”

LG Optimus L3 II global roll out begins this week starting from Brazil
LG unveiled the Optimus L3 II along with the other L Series II devices last month, and the LG Optimus L7 II went on sale first Russia. Now LG has announced that the Optimus L3 II would go on sale globally from this week. LG showcased all the L Series II devices and the new F Series devices at the MWC 2013 this week.
