Oppo launched its all new camera centric flagship – the N1 a while back and also announced that the International version of the N1 will come with the Color ROM pre-installed. We know you’re wondering what the Color ROM is all about, and this is precisely the reason we are going to show you an overview of it on the Oppo Find 5. We recently saw Oppo, the company behind awesome hardware like the Find 5, officially confirming that they are indeed working on camera centric devices with the codename “N-Lens” as future flagships. However, contrary to what we had head before, the company is set out to produce cameraphones rather than connected cameras. We believed it was going to be competition with the Galaxy NX or the Galaxy Camera but if the very recently leaked renders are to be believed, Oppo is all set to launch its cameraphones, starting with the N-Lens N1 which has leaked in renders, one of them shown above.

The Oppo Find 5 is one of the very few phones in the world to receive updates driven by the community. If you had read our review, you might have have noticed us mentioning the overwhelming community support the device gets. Yes, there is a robust feedback system that the company employs thanks to the limited availability and a responsive fan base. Considering the feedback, they released an OTA update earlier, with bug fixes mostly dominating the changelog, and similarly there is another update available now, but this time they have added quite a lot of feature, read past the break to find the changelog.

The Oppo Find 5 was announced back in December 2012 and we did get our sweet short hands-on time with this device with jaw-dropping looks. It is a great looking phone which is solidly built and has powerful internals and an excellent display and priced very reasonably. The package is very well designed and premium and we felt like we were dealing with an expensive piece of jewellery or an high-end electronic device.

This week at MWC 2013 in Barcelona, we got our hands on the Oppo Find 5 which is one of the first Full HD display smartphones to be announced.
Oppo has today announced its latest smartphone, the Find 5. The smartphone features high end specifications including a 5″ 1080p IPS screen with 441PPI. Internally you’ll find a Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon S4 Processor clocked at 1.5Ghz. Coupled with 2GB of RAM, you won’t find it lacking in terms of performance.
