Sony releases Flash tool for Xperia Smartphones

Sony Mobile has released Flash tool for Xperia Smartphones. This would let you flash a standard Sony software on your Xperia smartphone with an unlocked boot loader. This software is available for Windows and automatically identifies the phone model and displays the available software to be flashed.

Huawei working on 6.1 inch smartphone, to be more powerful than the Galaxy Note 2

Speaking on the Chinese social network, Weibo, Huawei Senior Vice President Yu Chengdong confirmed that Huawei is working on a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 competitor. The phone which has been rumored for a while is expected to ship with an absolutely massive 6.1 inch full HD display. The phone has been rumored to be called the Ascend Mate.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (GT-P5100) has got a price cut and is now available for Rs. 25900 from online retailer Saholic. It was announced at MWC 2012 earlier this year and launched in India in July for Rs. 32,900. This is definitely a huge price cut, that would let more customers buy the tablet. Google Nexus 10 Unboxing

The Nexus program from Google has been transforming from a developer focused one to a completely consumer focused one. The message is very clear, Google wants to use its services(Google Play) and the best possible way to use them is by buying their Nexus devices. Starting from the Nexus One, the program has seen many phones, till the Nexus 4(See our unboxing here) a 7 inch tablet made by ASUS, the Nexus 7, but we never got to see a 10 inch one. But then, amidst “Sandy”, Google launched the first 10 inch Nexus device – The Google Nexus 10, made by Samsung. And yes, we have got it in our hands already, after a terrible launch delay. T-Mobile USA to Begin Selling Apple Products in 2013

Today, Deutsche Telekom CEO Rene Obermann announced at his company’s analyst day event that T-Mobile USA will begin selling Apple products in 2013. T-Mobile also made the announcement in a press release. The carrier did not mention specific products, but Apple’s iPhone and iPad lineup are the only cellular enable devices offered by the company.

“T-Mobile USA has entered into an agreement with Apple to bring products to market together in 2013,” the release said. T-Mobile is the fourth largest carrier in the U.S., but regardless of its size, the iPhone has not been offered on that carrier to date. In addition, T-Mobile USA will also be offering LTE service for its customers in 2013.

Apple also confirmed to The Loop that it has struck a deal with T-Mobile.
