Samsung normally unveil the latest Galaxy Note smartphone every year at IFA in Berlin and last year along with the Note 4, they also launched the Note Edge. The Edge formula has been a success for Samsung which they even followed up with the S6 and S6 Edge. It looks like Apple is planning to remove the home button from the next iPhone. A report from DigiTimes is stating that the company is working on a new iPhone design that would get rid of the physical home button.
The iPhone currently uses a physical home button that acts a menu button and also acts as a Touch ID fingerprint sensor. The company says it is developing a new in-house touch and display driver integration (TDDI) single-chip solution for the iPhone. Elephone is apparently working on a new phone called the P9000 which is set to become the first smartphone that is powered by a deca-core processor, namely the Mediatek Helios X20 MT6797 and it will be released later this year.
Live images of Samsung Galaxy A8 (SM-A8000) surfaced last week, now the smartphone has been certified by TENAA (via) in China. It confirms most of the specifications of the smartphone and also reveals that it will have a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, and not a 5.5-inch display as rumored earlier.
