Google is testing two new functionalities for Android’s built-in file sharing feature called Nearby Share. If the test goes well, users will soon be able to share files with not just their contacts but any nearby Android smartphone, and have the ability to share to multiple devices at once.

OnePlus Nord Android 11 update resumes with OxygenOS 11.1.1.1 hotfix

OnePlus rolled out OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11 to OnePlus Nord earlier this month. Last week the announced that the update has been temporarily paused since some users reported bugs after the update. As promised the company has rolled out a new OxygenOS 11.1.1.1 hotfix update to fix the bugs. Both the Android 10 users and the users who have updated to Android 11 already will get the update. LG announces Android 11 update timeline for VELVET 5G / 4G, G8X, G8S, WING and more

LG  has released its timeline for upgrading its Android
11-ready portfolio to the latest Android OS as confirmed on the LG Denmark Site. The rollout is planned to commence in from April 2021 starting with LG VELVET 5G. Owners of the G8X will also be among the first to experience Android 11 in Q2, said the company. The VELVET 4G and G8S uses will have to wait till Q3 2021, while the WING, K52 and K42 users will have to wait till Q4 2021. Samsung has finally started rolling out One UI 3.1 Android 11 update for the Galaxy M51 smartphone in India after the One UI 3.0 for the M31 earlier this year, and the One UI 3.1 for S series and Note series phones. Based on earlier reports the phone was supposed to get the update in April, but it has rolled out the update earlier than expected. OnePlus rolls out OxygenOS 11 based Android 11 stable update to OnePlus Nord

OnePlus has finally started rolling out OxygenOS 11-based Android 11 for OnePlus Nord after two beta updates. It’s worth noting that the OnePlus 7 and 7T series is yet to taste the Android 11. Back in January, OnePlus released the Open Beta versions of Oxygen OS 11 for the OnePlus 7 and 7T series of smartphones.
