LG Optimus One Gets The Android 2.3 Gingerbread Update In Romania
The guys living in Romania have finally started receiving the Android 2.3.3 update for their LG Optimus One. The latest update is working fine for everyone and there are no major issues, except the proximity sensor, which turns the screen off on a larger distance during a phone call.

LG Optimus One is the company’s largest selling Android handset. LG managed to sell more than 1 million units of Optimus One in just 40 days. This handset originally runs on the Android 2.2 (Froyo) Operating System. Verizon Wireless and LG recently announced that, the much awaited LG Revolution will be available for purchase from May 26th. This handset will be available for $249.99 with a 2 years service agreement.

Earlier this year, LG announced the LG Revolution smartphone with 4G LTE capabilities at the CES 2011 in Las Vegas.
