The N97 mini is launching in India finally today after a delay. It was expected to be out in October. It has been reported that an Australian programmer under the codename of lkee wrote a virus (worm) for the Apple iPhone specially the one that had been jailbroken.

There are so many mobile platforms out there – Symbian , Android, iPhone , Blackberry , Windows Mobile , Palm , Maemo and now Bada. The handset market which was once dominated by Symbian and WinMo now has fierce competition from iPhone and Blackberry. Android is growing fast too. Maemo was was never destined to be used in a phone until the Nokia N900. Palm was almost out of the radar until the Palm Pre which came with the WebOS platform. But which is the best ? The Fujitsu F-08A works 1.5m under water and it clicks pics too . At the Fujitsu booth at Symbian Exchange last month, i saw this cool phone dipped inside a bowl of water. Its got a 5MP Camera , GSM/3G Network support, NFC,GPS , MobileTV and a Music player. I just put the camera in self timer mode and wanted to see if the camera worked fine. ( and the handset runs Symbian )
