
Fitbit has expanded its personal health coach feature to more users globally. The feature, currently in Public Preview, now supports 32 languages and is being introduced across multiple regions.
Rollout Countries
Starting today, the Fitbit personal health coach Public Preview is rolling out in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan.
Language Support Expansion
The update adds support for 32 languages, including Brazilian Portuguese, Canadian French, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin American Spanish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, and Chinese (Traditional).
Features and Integration
The Fitbit personal health coach provides insights and guidance based on user activity and health data within the Fitbit app. The expanded language support allows users to interact with the feature in their preferred language.
This update also brings VO2Max, previously known as Cardio Fitness Score, into the Public Preview experience. This allows cardio performance data to integrate with the coach.
Availability
The Fitbit personal health coach Public Preview is rolling out starting today across 37 countries, including India, and will reach eligible users over the coming weeks. The feature is available for both free and Premium users on Android and iOS through an update in the Fitbit app.
