Asus launched the  Zenfone Max Pro M1  smartphone last week, and the phone will be available for order in the country from tomorrow, May 3rd, exclusively on Flipkart starting at Rs. 10,999. Today the company has rolled out a new update to review units that brings Face recognition, improves gyroscope and audio as well as improvements to the camera and battery during standby. Vivo X21 with 6.28-inch FHD+ 19:9 display, dual rear cameras, in-display fingerprint sensor goes global

Vivo announced X21 smartphone with in-display fingerprint sensor in China back in March. Today the company has launched in Singapore, marking the first global launch for the smartphone. To remind you, the phone has a 6.28-inch FHD+ 19:9 Super AMOLED display with a notch, 90.3% screen-to-body ratio, 1.66mm narrow bezels on the sides, 1.79mm bezels on the top and 5mm on the bottom. Xiaomi Mi Music with free Hungama Music streaming, Dynamic lyrics, Mi Video with video content integration officially launched in India

Xiaomi at its Mi POP event in Mumbai officially launched the new Mi Music app with Hungama Music integration. This was rolled out in beta for Xiaomi users back in March. With the partnership, over 10 million tracks will be available for free for streaming across 13 Indian languages as well as international languages.

Couple of months back Idea Cellular started roll out of its VoLTE services in Maharashtra & Goa, Kerala, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh & Telangana for its employees in the first phase. Today the company has started commercial roll out of VoLTE services across six circles  – Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai) & Goa, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana , and, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. Government confirms Aadhaar card not mandatory to get mobile SIMs

The Center has announced that Aadhaar card is no longer mandatory for getting a mobile SIM, meaning that telecom operators can now accept another form of verification like driving license, passport, and voter ID card. Telecom Commission approves internet telephony, use of mobile services in flights and ships in India

Telecom Commission on Tuesday has approved the proposal to allow internet telephony in the country as well as in-flight mobile services. With this new approval, users can now make calls to mobile phones as well as landlines using the Wi-Fi broadband. The proposals were approved by the commission chaired by telecom secretary Aruna Sundararajan.
