T-Mobile Sidekick 4G Unveiled

T-Mobile announced their new slider phone, T-Mobile Sidekick 4G. The phone is powered by Android and manufactured by Samsung. The phone features a 3.5 inch touch screen display with a “pop-tilt hinge”, which on sliding reveals a five-row QWERTY keyboard, which has been a standard feature on the Sidekick phones from the begining. The phone also comes with features like Group Text and Cloud Text to ensure users with exceptional messaging experience and built-in social networking apps such as Facebook and Twitter. Sprint launching Nexus S 4G, HTC EVO 3D and EVO View Tablet at CTIA?

Rumors hint about Sprint planning to launch three new devices: Nexus S 4G, HTC EVO 3D and EVO View, at the CTIA event which is going to be held at the end of March.  Sources say that Sprint is getting ready to kick-off at the event with the launch of these new 4G devices.

The first one is the Nexus S 4G from Samsung. As the name suggests, this might be the next version of the Nexus S, equipped with 4G radios. So the new version of Nexus S can be expected with some WiMAX and CDMA capabilities.

The next device, the HTC EVO 3D, is another 3D phone which might be launched to keep up with the latest trend of 3D capable devices and especially to take on the LG Optimus 3D. So this phone might be the successor of HTC EVO 4G combined with 3D capabilities.

The last device is the HTC EVO View, a CDMA version of the Flyer tablet which was introduced at MWC 2011.

Samsung Epic 4G gets Froyo update

So here is the good news for all the Samsung Epic 4G owners! Samsung has decided to release the Android 2.2 Froyo update much ahead than expected, which is available in their support website. The source link can be run directly from the PC, with your phone connected over USB. Make sure to take a backup of all the important information before upgrading, since the phone gets restored completely.

BlackBerry 4G PlayBook for Sprint !


The BlackBerry Playbook is one impressive tablet atleast from what we have seen so far.
