Details about the upcoming Kirin 820 SoC from HUAWEI has surfaced on AnTuTu. According to the listing, HONOR 30S with the model number CDY-AN90 runs Android 10 and the phone has 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and a Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) screen. The Kirin 820 is an Octa-Core SoC with four bigger Cortex-A76 cores and four smaller Cortex-A55, with a maximum clock speed of 2.36GHz and has Mali-G57 GPU, but the clock speed and the number of cores for the GPU is unknown. Samsung’s upcoming 5G smartphone with model number SM-A7160 has been certified by TENAA in China after the Galaxy A71 4G phone (SM-A715F) that was introduced back in December and it was also launched in India last month. This should be the Galaxy A71. The spec sheet doesn’t reveal the screen size or image, but it should come with a Full HD+ Super AMOLED display, similar to most of the mid-range Samsung phones. It is rumored to be the first Samsung phone to be powered by its own Exynos 980 8nm SoC with support for built-in 5G, compared to Snapdragon 730 in the 4G version. Samsung is said to be working on a new 150-megapixel sensor for flagship phones, according to new rumor from Korea. The rumor adds that it will be an 1″ sensor that will the same Nonacell technology present in Galaxy S20 Ultra’s ISOCELL Bright HM1 108MP sensor. Nonacell is an enhanced version of Tetracell uses a three-by-three pixel structure. In the HM1, Nonacell merges nine neighboring 0.8μm pixels to mimic a large 2.4μm pixel, more than doubling Tetracell’s light absorption.
