Samsung’s in-house Exynos SoCs have been there for a while now, and the company is set to launch Exynos SoCs with AMD Graphics next year which could drastically improve the GPU performance. Lately, Exynos SoCs are being used on non-Samsung smartphones as well and on similar lines now, a new report suggests that Samsung is working on a custom chipset for Google which could be announced as soon as this year.
Renders of the Google Pixel 4a surfaced last year, and live images of the phone have along with specifications surfaced last month showing off the phone’s punch-hole OLED display, square camera module, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a small bezel below the screen. OnePlus is all set to introduce the OnePlus 8 series smartphones on April 14th. The company already revealed several specifications of the phone, and the complete specifications have also surfaced online, now alleged Europe pricing has surfaced online, which hints at considerable higher pricing compared to last year’s OnePlus 7T series.

Update 7th April 2020: Shortly after the leaked renders, OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 8 Series will feature wireless charging and will be called Warp Charge 30 Wireless. It has a peak output of up to 30W and will charge the OnePlus 8 Series up to 50% in half an hour.
OnePlus says that to achieve the 30W wireless speeds, they have combined the industry’s first isolated charge pump with Warp wireless direct charging architecture which ensures a 97% charge efficiency and reduces heat. The wireless charger’s current and voltage is controlled by a customized chip and the chip enables real-time communication between the charger and the phone.
Apart from this, Warp Charge 30 Wireless is also compatible with Qi wireless chargers at 5W speeds and you can also get 10W speeds with a 10W EPP standard charger. The company has shared more details about its technology in the forum.
