Google Maps for iOS got updated to version 4.7 last month that brought option to send direction from Google Maps desktop to iOS devices. Google Maps for Android now has this feature in the latest update (v9.11.0), as noted by Android Police. This lets you send directions to a place directly to your Android smartphone or a tablet from the desktop. Apple has announced that they will be allowing developers to price their iOS apps as low as Rs 10 on the App Store for customers in India. The change is to help developers price their app higher or lower in select markets as part of ‘Alternate Tier’ pricing.

ZTE has announced nubia My Prague, the company’s latest smartphone in the nubia series in Europe that has a thickness of just 5.5mm. It has a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD OGS Super AMOLED display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 SoC and runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with nubia UI 3.0. It has 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera with 78-degree wide-angle lens with NeoVision 5.1 Camera UI.

Xolo just launched its first smartphone under BLACK sub-brand. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, is powered by a 2nd-gen Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 SoC and runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with HIVE Atlas UI on top. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a secondary 2-megapixel camera for depth mapping that lets you click the image first and adjust the focus later. Xolo is calling this UbiFocus. It can focus in 0.15 seconds and the ChromaFlash lets you retain original color and skin tone even in low-lighting conditions, says the company. It also has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash.
HERE Maps has released a public beta program for Android which will let people test latest app feature with a new shortcut menu accessible from a single press anywhere on the map.
Google Docs, Slides and Sheets apps have received an update that focuses on improved editing features. With the latest tweak, users will be able to edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations more easily.
