boltt Ace 5G and Evo 4G: 6.79″ 120Hz display, Bloatware-free Android 16 confirmed


boltt, the smartphone division of Fire-Boltt, has detailed the display, software, and AI capabilities of its upcoming Ace 5G and Evo 4G smartphones ahead of their scheduled launch on August 25, 2026.

Both handsets share a unified design and software profile aimed at delivering high-refresh-rate viewing and a streamlined Android experience.

Display and Hardware Interface

Both the Ace 5G and Evo 4G are equipped with identical 6.79-inch HD+ punch-hole panels designed for multimedia consumption and everyday navigation.

  • Screen Size & Design: 6.79-inch display with a centered punch-hole cutout and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
  • Resolution & Density: 720 × 1640 pixels with a pixel density of 263 PPI.
  • Refresh Rate & Brightness: High refresh rate panel delivering up to 120Hz support for fluid animations, alongside a peak brightness of up to 600 nits.
  • Touch Response: Integrated 10-point capacitive touch system to ensure accurate touch registration across applications.
Software, AI Integration, and Support

On the software front, boltt has opted for a lightweight approach, launching both devices with Pure Android 16 and a suite of integrated artificial intelligence tools.

  • AI Capabilities: Both handsets come equipped with Google’s Gemini assistant pre-integrated for system-level queries, alongside Google Lens and Circle to Search for on-screen identification, real-time translations, and search discovery.
  • Camera Optimization: Image processing incorporates AI-assisted depth mapping and background blur, powering dedicated modes including AI Portrait Mode, AI Night Mode, and AI Selfie Enhancement.
  • Bloatware-Free OS: The interface features zero pre-installed third-party applications out of the box, maximizing initial internal storage and minimizing background system overhead.
  • Maintenance & Service: Boltt promises two years of security patches. User assistance is handled through a built-in boltt Care application, offering direct customer support and access to the company’s service center network.

The company already confirmed 6000mAh battery, 64MP / 50MP camera for the phones and also revealed the design. Detailed specifications, pricing, and retail availability are expected to be disclosed during the official release event.
