Last month, sources stated that the Motorola DROID Turbo which is on the Verizon network in USA will receive the update to Android Lollipop 5.1 sometime in June. Just as we reported, the soak test update is now rolling out and users can expect a final build sometime next week.
T-Mobile had a promotion a few weeks that allowed customers to purchase 64GB Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge for the same price as the 32GB variant. However this time, the promotion will be valid only for a short duration so customers need to hurry to avail the offer.

Airtel acquired 100% stake in Qualcomm AP’s India BWA licenses in Delhi, Mumbai, Haryana and Kerala circles last year. Airtel has launched its 4G LTE trails in Delhi-NCR, as expected. The National Capital Region becomes are the first in the country to get integrated 4G services that uses both 2300MHz TDD-LTE (band 40) and 1800MHz FDD-LTE (band 3). This will deliver the fastest 4G experience and superior network coverage, says the company. India’s leading private telecom operator Airtel is all set to launch 4G trials in the country’s capital city New Delhi and adjoining areas later this week. Airtel bought the spectrum from Qualcomm some time back. The 4G network is expected to go live in New Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) in a few days.

Reliance Jio Infocomm, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) would begin commercial operations around December. This was announced by Mukesh Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director of the Reliance Industries at its 41st Annual General Meeting today.
