Smartphone Championship: Motorola Droid vs SE Xperia X10
The last match of FoneArena Smartphone Championship was between the EVO 4G and Samsung Galaxy S, both are known as the one of the best smartphones, but unfortunately there is always only one winner, and the winner is Samsung Galaxy S. We got a total of 2,714 votes, in which Samsung Galaxy S got 1,534 votes, and the EVO got 1,180. Well, that was close.
A few days ago, we saw the SE Xperia X10 winning from the HTC Desire with a big margin, and the Droid from the Blackberry Bold 9700, and now it’s between the SE Xperia X10 and Motorola Droid, and the winner will face the Galaxy S. Xperia X10 getting Android 2.1 next week?
SE Spain has confirmed that Android 2.1 for SE Xperia X10 is coming out in the 38th week, which is actually 20th to 26th September. Sony Ericsson recently announced that they will bring Android 2.1 to Xperia X10 family in Q3, and Q3 is already here, so now SE is ready to fulfill their promise. Sony Ericsson Elm is the most Eco-Friendly phone according to O2 UK’s new Eco rating scheme
You must have heard about Sony Ericsson’s Green heart family of devices which are made of recycled materials. The Elm which is a member of the Green heart range has been picked as the most eco-friendly phone according to a new Eco rating scheme from UK mobile operator O2 . The Elm emerged as a winner amongst 65 phones from 6 phone makers including Nokia, HTC, LG, Samsung and Palm.Surprisingly Apple refused to take part and so the iPhones were not part of the exercise
