Samsung Galaxy Note unboxing

The Samsung Galaxy Note has arrived and with it comes the now obligatory unboxing video. But first, a quick recap on what the Galaxy Note is. The Galaxy Note is a super sized phone, or a small tablet – depending on your point of view. Personally I view it more as a phone as, while it is massive, it is a fully functioning phone, and most users will likely use this as their main phone rather than carrying a separate smartphone (and why would you want to?). Add the S-Pen stylus and the 5.3″ Super AMOLED HD (800 x 1280) display with Wacom digitiser to the mix and what you get is a device that replaces not only your smartphone, but also your Moleskine notebook.

Sony Ericsson Xperia phones get 50 GB Free Box.net storage

Sony Ericsson and Box.net has teamed up to offer this Xperia range of Android phones 50GB of free file sharing and storage on Box.net. They can get the free storage by simply logging into their Box account through the Box for Android application in the Android Marketplace from their Xperia phones. HTC Radar Review

The HTC Radar marks the beginning of the next generation Windows Phone 7 devices. The fledgling OS had previously failed to grab much of market share owing to its lack of several basic features including multitasking , copy paste but with Mango onboard , WP7 stands a definite chance to make a dent in the market.

Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos, Dual SIM version of the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro has been spotted in an image from GSMArena. Samsung unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro few months back which had a 2.6-inch TFT touch screen display and a QWERTY keyboard, 2 MP camera and Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Nokia re-enters USA with Lumia 710 for T-Mobile

Nokia is making a re-entry into the American market with the Lumia 710 for T-Mobile. Nokia and T-Mobile announced plans to launch it’s first Windows Phone in USA on Jan 11 2012.The Lumia 710 started shipping in several countries last week and now there good news for Nokia fans in USA. The T-Mobile version supports the operator’s 4G network and bear the operator branding below the windows keys.The best part of announcement is the pricing.

LG unveils PRADA 3.0 Android phone with 4.3 inch NOVA Plus display

 

LG has unveiled PRADA 3.0, their next phone in the PRADA range. They announce it would  be launched next year, but they launched it earlier. This device has PRADA’s own elegant new design with 4.3 inch NOVA Plus display with 800-nit brightness. It has specially developed control concept with a unique menu and symbols in black, gray and white. It is powered by 1.0 GHz Dual core processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) that is up-gradable to Android’s Ice Cream Sandwich. Nokia has launched Nokia Money, their own Mobile wallet service across India. This is a secure and convenient alternate to cash on a mass scale on mobile phone. Nokia Money offers basic financial payments such as utility bills, pre-paid mobile top-ups, DTH recharge, insurance premiums and tickets and more, without the need of accessing bank account or the internet. LG Optimus LTE L-01D arrives in Japan, available in Red color and with NFC support on NTT Docomo

LG has launched the Optimus LTE L-01D in Japan. NTT Docomo already announced the LTE device in their NEXT series this October. LG announced the device for Korea this October and it launched earlier this month in US on  AT&T as LG Nitro HD. The LG Optimus LTE L-01D comes with a 4.5 inch (1280 x 720 pixels) True HD IPS display with 326 PPI and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It is powered by 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm snapdragon processor and features an 8MP Auto focus camera with LED Flash, 1080p HD video recording and 1.3MP front facing camera. Sony Ericsson Nozomi images gets leaked

Mac App Store Downloads crosses the 100 Million Mark.

Roughly designed around the iTunes App Store for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch, Apple fashioned the online outlet the previous year as a steadfast place to obtain their Mac software. A million people doubted it. Yet, as of today, Apple proclaimed that the Mac App Store crossed above 100 million downloads. It abides the same 70-30 profits divide, where software developers split 30% of their trade with Apple, except if the application is free of charge.

Web page for Droid 4 leaked

Word is that the DROID 4 from Motorola will come to Verizon by 22nd December (as it has now mustered the FCC); optimistically, Santa knows what I want. As confirmation that Verizon is preparing to unleash the Motorola Droid 4, this screenshot is from the DridDoes.com web page with a link to the Droid 4, on the Droid 3 web page. We may even see this slide-out QWERTY 4G LTE baby foregoing the Galaxy Nexus, and this wouldn’t astonish me at all. Ultimately, this would be an element of the Droid 4 web page.

Huawei releases ICS demo build for Honor

Today’s astonishing bulletin comes from Huawei; it just unleashed a “demo build” of the ICS update for their phone-Huawei Honor. It has been more than a month since the source code of ICS has been released and the manufacturers get the code even before that but all the major manufacturers have just let us down by telling us that it will take time for them to update their devices to ICS, while Huawei Honor which is a low budget phone from an average manufacturer gets the first look, Really?
