Samsung rolls out AI Home connected smart living experience in India

Samsung India unveiled Samsung AI Home at its flagship store in Jio World Plaza, BKC, Mumbai, introducing its vision of “AI Home: Future Living, Now.”

This next-generation connected living ecosystem integrates appliances, devices, and services to provide convenience, energy efficiency, and personalised experiences, while ensuring robust security and privacy.

Future Living Vision

Samsung AI Home is anchored in the Future Living vision, where intelligence is shared seamlessly across screens, appliances, and services rather than limited to individual devices. The system is built on three key pillars: Samsung’s AI leadership, its wide-ranging device portfolio, and a trusted, secure ecosystem.

The platform enables homes to respond automatically to user needs: lights switch on upon arrival, the air conditioner sets an ideal sleep temperature, the washing machine suggests the best cycle, and the TV prepares favourite shows. Samsung AI Home is designed to make these experiences widely accessible.

Ambient Intelligence

The ecosystem continuously learns from user behaviour and environmental signals to automate comfort, care, energy efficiency, and security. Key examples include:

  • Air conditioners adjusting according to sleep patterns
  • Refrigerators suggesting meals aligned with dietary goals
  • SmartThings-enabled devices syncing automatically in the background

Every interaction leverages contextual intelligence to improve daily life.

Cohesive AI Across Devices

Samsung AI Home delivers integrated experiences across categories:

  • Galaxy AI on devices and wearables supports productivity and wellness on the move
  • Vision AI on TVs enables natural language interaction and smart recommendations
  • Bespoke AI appliances simplify household chores

A unified interface ensures seamless interaction across devices, coordinated through the Samsung SmartThings App, which connects Samsung products and thousands of partner devices.

AI Home Experiences: Ease, Care, Save, Secure

The ecosystem is structured around four core experiences:

  1. Ease – Automates daily routines, adjusting lighting, temperature, and household tasks for smoother living.
  2. Care – Promotes wellbeing through personalised sleep settings, wellness tracking, nutrition guidance, and care for loved ones and pets.
  3. Save – Optimises energy use with SmartThings Energy, reducing consumption (washing machine usage can decrease by up to 70%) and supporting sustainability.
  4. Secure – Protects sensitive data using Samsung Knox Vault at the hardware level, while Knox Matrix provides blockchain-based protection across the ecosystem.

Together, these experiences make Samsung AI Home an intuitive, caring, efficient, and secure living environment.

Speaking about the launch, JB Park, President and CEO, Samsung Southwest Asia, said:
