Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Sales banned in Europe as Apple wins injunction

iOS 5.0 Beta 4 Available as OTA update for Developers !

The First OTA update is here for Apple iOS devices. Updating Apple iOS devices were annoying when you are forced to download 600mb+ update file for a single bug fix. When Apple introduced the iOS 5 update along with many new features, they also promised that the iOS devices will receive OTA update starting from iOS5.As you all know iOS5 is still in beta stage and available only for developers. Today Apple pushed iOS5 Beta 4 update to developers.

Rumor: Next iPad coming later this year, dubbed as iPad HD

Back in March, Apple officially launched the iPad 2 which is successor to the famous iPad. iPad 2 is an amazing tablet and it’s selling like hot cakes, and fortunately our Varun Krish was lucky to get one (check out the unboxing). iPad 2 is approximately 3 months old and now rumors are on the street that next iPad is coming soon. We recently heard that it will be out in Q4 2011 and it will feature a 5x better display than the current version, and probably it will be Samsung’s AMOLED display. Comscore Report : iOS traffic is bigger than Android in India – iOS – 7.4% vs Android 6.5%

comScore Inc. announced the launch of Device Essentials which is a new service that reports digital traffic as per devices ranging from computers and mobile phones to e-readers and gaming devices. Using this service, analysis traffic pattern from different devices was made in thirteen different countries including India, which showed that 7.4% of traffic comes from iOS devices while Android follows with 6.5%

Apple fights back! Sues Samsung at home ground, South Korea

The tech industry is heating up with a number of lawsuits between companies and Apple is leading the charge. The Samsung and apple war began just a few months back when Apple sued Samsung for copying the designs of iPhone and iPad, also for the similar app icon designs. Samsung Countersued Apple a week later claiming a patent infringement and also asking to view the iPhone 5 and iPad 3. Just after Apple denied Samsung from viewing the iPhone 5 and iPad 3, Apple decided to attack Samsung by filing a lawsuit at it’s home, South Korea.
