Google updates Workspace apps for larger screens

In order to make tablets and other devices with larger screens easier to use, Android released 12L earlier this year. In order to leverage the additional space on tablets’ larger screens, Google disclosed plans to enhance more than 20 Google apps there during I/O. Penta T-Pad IS701C running Android 4.0 launched for Rs. 4,999

Pantel Technologies has launched T-Pad IS701C, their new tablet running on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It has 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) 16 million color Multi Touch Capacitive touch screen display with  16:9 aspect ratio and is powered by 1 GHz processor. It has WiFi and supports 2G and 3G via USB Dongles for data connectivity.

ZTE Light Tab II 7-inch Android tablet announced for UK

Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime with Quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 CPU announced

Asus has announced their Eee Pad Transformer Prime Android tablet with Quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and 10.1-inch LED backlit display that offers 178-degree viewing angle and has a maximum brightness of 600 nits. The tablet is powered by Quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and runs on Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) with an update to Ice Cream Sandwich expected soon. It is 8.3mm thick and comes with a mini-HDMI output, microSD slot. The keyboard dock has Multi-touch pad, SD Card reader and a USB port. Samsung GALAXY Tab 7.0 Plus coming to T-Mobile on November 16 for $249.99

T-Mobile USA has announced that the Samsung GALAXY Tab 7.0 Plus would be available from November 16. This is their third tablet to support HSPA+ connectivity after the 7-inch Springboard and the Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1. The Samsung GALAXY Tab 7.0 Plus has 7-inch WSVGA(1024X600) PLS LCD multitouch display. It is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor runs on Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) OS. It is 9.96mm thin and weighs 345g. MapmyIndia launches CarPad powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon processor

MapmyIndia, popular for its GPS navigation devices, has launched CarPad in partnership with Qualcomm that runs on Android 2.2 (FroYo). The CarPad could be mounted on the font or back seat of the car and it could be used both for navigation and entertainment. It has 7 inch Capacitive Display, and it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor. It also has 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity and GPS with MapmyIndia’s Aura 3D navigation interface. Beetel Magiq Android Tablet launched in India at Rs. 9999

Beetel has launched their Android Tablet, Magiq in India. This 3G Tablet runs on Android 2.2 and has 7 inch TFT touchscreen and powered by a 1 GHz processor. Reliance launched their 3G Tab recently, but this tablet is cheaper and has faster processor.
