Lufthansa will be the first airline to offer in-flight internet access on intercontinental routes.The service will be offered under the banner FlyNet in partnership with Panasonic Avionics. Apple has just been granted a patent on a technology that can produce 3D images without the need for glasses. The basic idea behind this is that the images are projected onto reflective and textured surfaces and are then bounced back into our left and right eyes resulting in a stereoscopic effect.
