Nokia has had an exclusivity agreement with Reliance Telecom in India for premium paid content on the Ovi Store. The agreement had ended a few months ago but there was no update regarding availability for users on other operators. Looks like Nokia has finally flipped the switch and enabled premium content for other users as well.
