Paid Apps Available On Ovi Store In India ! Reliance Exclusivity Ends ?

Nokia has had an exclusivity agreement with Reliance Telecom in India for premium paid content on the Ovi Store.  The agreement had ended a few months ago but there was no update regarding availability for users on other operators. Looks like Nokia has finally flipped the switch and enabled premium content for other users as well.

As you can see here , paid content is available on the IDEA network and we can confirm the same on Vodafone as well. Can you see paid content on your network on Nokia’s Ovi Store ? AT&T to offer LG Thrill 4G for only $99 on contract

LG Thrill 4G was officially announced by AT&T back in March which is actually AT&T variant of world’s first ever 3D Android smartphone known as the LG Optimus 3D. We recently heard that AT&T will be launching it this month and July is about to end. Well, it seems that the launch is around the corner because BGR is reporting that AT&T will be launching it for $99 with a 2-yr contract but still no words on release date, but my guess is that either it’s coming in few days or probably in the first week of August. BlackBerry Torch 2 And Touch/Volt Press Shot Leaked

The guys at Pocketnow recently shared the first press shots of the BlackBerry Torch 2 and the BlackBerry touch smartphones. Both the handsets might be announced as early as tomorrow.

We have already seen the leaked pics, videos and specs of the Blackberry’s upcoming smartphones – the BlackBerry Torch 2 and the BlackBerry Touch/Volt. Both the handsets runs on the BlackBerry OS 7. The guys at Pocketnow has shared the first press shots of these smartphones. It means that, both the smartphones are expected to be announced soon. BlackBerry recently tweeted that, the company will announce new BlackBerry OS 7 powered devices tomorrow. Verizon has recently reduced the price of the powerful Motorola Xoom 3G tablet. It is currently available for just $599.99 instead of $799.99 without any service agreement.

AT&T to launch Gingerbread update for all Android devices sold this year

HTC Omega Specs Leaked

Tech website Gadgetian claims to have got their hands on the specifications of the upcoming HTC Omega. The Windows Phone 7.1 ie Mango powered phone is supposed to be the successor to the HTC Mozart. Specifications include a 3.8″ SLCD display , 16GB of internal storage and an 8MP camera. The processor is a 1.5Ghz single core Qualcomm unit while RAM is capped to 512MB
