RIM launched the BlackBerry Torch 2 in India last September. Everything has been refreshed since the Storm 2. The BlackBerry Torch 9860 has 3.7 inch capacitive touch-screen display, 4 GB onboard memory that is expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD and has 768 MB RAM. It is 11.5 mm thick and weighs 135 g. LG Optimus LTE Tag announced with 4.3-inch IPS display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor and NFC
LG has announced the LG Optimus LTE Tag, new Android phone with NFC Support. This comes with 4.3-inch IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor. It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and has 5MP auto focus camera with LED flash and 1.3MP front facing camera. The LG NFC tag+ provided with the phone changes the phone into car mode automatically when it’s near that tag. This enables you to turn on the navigation system in the phone and could be programmed to turn on Bluetooth, GPS and raise the volume. It also comes with LTE support. Tegra 3 chip shortage affects NVIDIA
People have been talking about nVIDIA and Tegra 3 from the beginning of this year, last year they were the first chip manufacturers to bring out dual core chips and now this year they are again the first ones to bring out Quadcores. Though the vision and the chipset architecture is really great there have been some problems in nVIDIA’s camp and we have come to know that there is a shortage and it will affect nVIDA in a big way.
