OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei at the OnePlus 7T series launch event in Europe confirmed that it will offer OxygenOS 10.0 based on Android 10 will roll out for both OnePlus 6 series and OnePlus 5 series phones. The company rolled out the update for OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro last month, but it is yet to roll out widely.
Samsung has announced Galaxy Watch Active2, the company’s latest smartwatch and successor of Galaxy Watch Active in India. It comes only in 44mm model in India with 1.4-inch curved Super AMOLED screen with rotating touch bezel that turns both clockwise and counter-clockwise to advance screens so you can easily select favorite apps. Samsung has launched the Galaxy Tab S6, successor of last year’s Galaxy Tab S4 in India. It has a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED WQXGA screen, is powered by a Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 SoC and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie). It has quad-stereo speakers tuned by AKG by HARMAN, similar to the predecessor and has got rid of the Iris scanner in favor of in-display fingerprint scanner. LG introduce the G8X ThinQ smartphone at the IFA 2019 last month and said that it will be introduced as V50S ThinQ with 5G support in Korea. Today the company announced the roll out of V50S ThinQ in Korea. It packs a 6.4-inch FullVision FHD+ OLED display, is powered by Snapdragon 855 with 8GB of RAM, runs Android Pie with improved user interface, has dual rear cameras, 13MP 136-degree super wide-angle and 12MP standard sensor. There is also a 32-megapixel camera that merges four pixels to form large 1.6μm pixels for better output.
Xiaomi introduced MIUI 11, the next major MIUI update in China last month, and stable MIUI 11 for the first set of devices is already rolling out in China. Today MIUI India has officially confirmed that the global launch for MIUI 11 will happen on October 16th, along with the Redmi Note 8 Pro launch.

OPPO just announced Reno Ace, the company’s latest flagship smartphone at an event in China, as it had promised. It is powered by Snapdragon 730G with up to 8GB of RAM, runs Android 9.0 (Pie) with ColorOS 6.0 and packs a 64-megapixel primary rear camera with 1/1.72″ Samsung GW1 sensor and f/1.8 aperture. It has a 8MP 119° ultra-wide angle lens with 1.12μm pixel size, f/2.25 aperture, 2MP depth sensor and 2MP camera for 4cm macro with 1.75μm pixel size, f/2.4 aperture are same.
