HMD Global just launched Nokia 6.2, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in India, as it had promised. The phone was introduced at the IFA and packs a 6.3-inch FHD+ Waterdrop PureDisplay that uses Dedicated Pixelworks visual processor to upscale video content to HDR quality in real time, with up to a billion shades of color, higher contrast and expanded dynamic range, is powered by Snapdragon 636 with 4GB of RAM, runs Android 9.0 (Pie), which is upgradable to Android 10. HMD Global has finally confirmed that it will launch Nokia 6.2 Android One smartphone in India on October 11th on Amazon.in. This comes after the Nokia 7.2 India launch last month. The phone was introduced at the IFA and packs a 6.3-inch FHD+ Waterdrop PureDisplay that uses Dedicated Pixelworks visual processor to upscale video content to HDR quality in real time, with up to a billion shades of colour, higher contrast and expanded dynamic range, is powered by Snapdragon 636 with up to 4GB of RAM, runs Android 9.0 (Pie), which is upgradable to Android 10. New Nokia phone launch in India teased officially, Nokia 7.2 expected soon

HMD Global announced Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 smartphones recently at IFA 2019 event. Both smartphones sport PureDisplay, triple rear cameras housed inside a circular camera module, and more. Today, Nokia Mobile India has started teasing a new phone launch and it is expected to be Nokia 7.2.

It has a 6.3-inch FHD+ Waterdrop PureDisplay that uses Dedicated Pixelworks visual processor to upscale video content to HDR quality in real time, with up to a billion shades of colour, higher contrast and expanded dynamic range, same as the Nokia 7.2, but this is powered by Snapdragon 636 with up to 4GB of RAM, runs Android 9.0 (Pie), which is upgradable to Android 10.

HMD Global schedules IFA 2019 event on September 5, Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 expected

HMD Global has sent out invites for its IFA 2019 event on September 5th to introduce new Nokia phones. The invite doesn’t reveal any details of what to expect, but based on earlier rumors, we can expect the Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 Android One smartphones codenmaed Daredevil and Star-Lord, respectively, at the event.
