POCO just launched the POCO X4 Pro 5G, the company’s latest mid-range 5G smartphone in India, as it had promised. The phone packs a 6.67″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED DotDisplay with a 16MP camera, Snapdragon 695 with 7 5G bands, up to 8GB of RAM, support for liquid cooling, has a 64MP rear camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. After teasers, vivo has confirmed the launch of X Fold, a foldable phone in China on April 11th. The invite says that the X Fold will bring the foldable screen 2.0 era. Based on rumours, the vivo X Fold is expected to feature an 8-inch 120Hz screen on the inside with UTG glass. It is also said to be the first foldable phone with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Qualcomm introduced its flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Mobile platform at its Snapdragon Tech Summit 2021 in December. Xiaomi has scheduled a global online event on March 29th to introduce the new Redmi Note 11 series. This comes after the Redmi Note 11 Pro series was launched globally in January. The teaser shows a curved back that resembles the Redmi Note 11 5G that was introduced in China in October last year, and it was launched in India as the Redmi Note 11T 5G in India in November year. Samsung launched the Galaxy A53 5G in India earlier this week as the successor to last year’s Galaxy A52s.
