Black Shark today announced its Black Shark 5, Black Shark 5 RS and Black Shark 5 Pro smartphones in China, as it had promised. All three phones feature a 144Hz 6.7-inch FHD+ flat OLED screen and the Pro model 10-bit screen from China Star Optoelectronics. Black Shark has confirmed the launch of Black Shark 4S and 4S Pro smartphones in China on October 13th. These are the successor of the Black Shark 4 and 4 Pro that were introduced back in March. It packs a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate and 270Hz touch sampling rate, 17ms touch response speed as well as MEMC intelligent motion compensation technology. It is powered by Snapdragon 865 with up to 12GB of RAM and features mid- mounted motherboard design, so that it doesn’t get heated when holding the phone horizontally, said the company. This is the successor of the Black Shark 3 smartphone that was introduced back in March along with the Black Shark 3 Pro. Black Shark, popular for its gaming smartphones has announced a partnership with Tencent games to explore innovation in gaming both in terms of software and hardware. The company said that it aims to provide users with a more diverse gaming experience. The company introduced the Black Shark 2 Pro smartphone back in July last year, so the Black Shark 3 is expected mid-2020, and the new partnership has created a lot of expectations.
