Xiaomi has scheduled a global online event on March 29th to introduce the new Redmi Note 11 series. This comes after the Redmi Note 11 Pro series was launched globally in January. Redmi today announced the global launch of Redmi Note 11 series on January 26th. This will be different from the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ that were introduced in China last year and were launched in India as Xiaomi 11i and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge in India earlier this month. Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 11 series last month in China. The Redmi Note 11 series consists of three devices – Redmi Note 11 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G. All three devices are powered by MediaTek Dimensity processors. Now, a new report suggests that the company will launch Redmi Note 11 Series with Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs and a new design language globally in Q1 2022.
Along with the Redmi Note 11 Pro series, Redmi also introduced the Redmi Note 11, a cheaper model, as it had announced. It has a 6.6-inch FHD+ screen with 50Hz, 50Hz and 90Hz variable refresh rate, has a 16MP front camera inside the punch-hole, is powered by Dimensity 810 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM, has a 50MP rear camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera. October 22, 2021: Redmi today confirmed that the Note 11 series will feature an AMOLED screen with 1.75mm ultra-narrow side bezels and a 2.96mm small punch-hole, same as the Redmi Note 10 Pro that was launched in India last year. It will feature a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The Note 10 Pro has a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
