Tambo, a new company has forayed into Indian market with 3 new smartphones – TA 2, TA 3 and TA 4 and six feature phones – S2440, S2430, A2400, P1850, A1810 and A1800 back in April. It launched the TA 3 smartphone in the country back in May, today it has launched the TA4 and also revealed the complete specifications of the smartphone. Motorola just launched the Moto E5 and Moto E5 Plussmartphones in the Moto E series in India, as it had promised. The Moto E5 and E5 Plus pack 5.7-inch and 6-inch HD+ screens and 4000mAh and 5000mAh battery, respectively. Both these run Android 8.0 (Oreo) with Moto Display and Moto Action and feature a fingerprint sensor on the back on the Motorola logo. Samsung today opened its new mobile phone manufacturing facility – The World’s Largest Mobile Factory – in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It also launched its ‘Make for the World’ initiative that aims to export mobile handsets produced in India, to overseas markets. With this new facility, Samsung will double its current capacity for mobile phones in Noida from 68 million units a year to 120 million units a year, in a phase-wise expansion that will be completed by 2020. Google today announced that it has partnered with Niti Aayog with an aim to focus on the growth of India’s nascent artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) ecosystem. According to the company, Artificial Intelligence has helped farmers detect the onset of crop infections, enables doctors to diagnose the occurrence of diabetic blindness among millions and many more. Samsung launched the Galaxy J6 smartphone in India back in May at Rs. 13990 for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and Rs. 16,490 for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version. Today the top-end version has received a price cut of Rs. 500, and is available for Rs. 15,990. This comes after the launch of Galaxy On6 last week with similar specifications at Rs. 14490, cheaper than the J6. He was India Head of eBay.in in 2011 and later he joined Jabong as COO, which Xiaomi India Head and VP, Manu Kumar Jain co-founded in 2012. Its been a couple of months since we last saw the ASUS Zenfone 5Z. Announced at MWC, the device was quite a jump up.
